Nice hotel at good location, with good food. Even though it's absolutely not a 4-star hotel. Simply 3-stars, with good facilities, but no extra special services. I saw that many hotel room doors were opened by burglars (damages in the door post very much visible). So it looks like hotel security is not the best. The reception also has no good view on who enters the building. Our balcony door also didn't lock. It would be wise for this hotel to start using the room key also as universal key to elevators and stairs to the rooms. For the rest it's a nice hotel, but don't expect a 4-star hotel. Facilities and service level is simply 3-stars! |

I liked the sauna, indoor pool, massage and the menu for breakfast was great, there was something for everyone. The experience was very enjoyable and I look forward to coming back. There were only two speaking channels available on the TV. |

Lovely hotel with big pool, and if the weather aint good, then there is a heatet indoor pool. We absolutly enjoyed the stay. Easy transportation with bus to Palma. |

Very clean Hotel, freindly helpful staff, wide choice of food value for money, easy access to beach activities available if you wanted to participate. Excellent stay. |

La relación calidad-precio es muy buena. La comida es buena y el personal también. Las instalaciones están muy bien No me gustó que recogierán las bandejas del bufet cuando todavía estás comiendo.Pero sobretodo estuvo muy mal es sevicio de limpieza: no me cambiaron las sábanas en cinco noche y la señora que las arregñaba ni siguiera se molestaba en estirar lasábanas de abajo: fatal.;. Esto en un hotel no debería ocurrir nunca, desprestigia al mismo. |

El desayuno, habia de todo para elegir. Tuvimos un poco de mala suerte. A la habitación de al lado se le estropeó la cañeria del agua y nos pasamos toda la noche en vela oyendo el agua correr, además del malgasto de agua que eso supone para Mallorca. A la mañana siguiente tampoco nos limpiaron la habitación, tuvimos muy mala suerte. I en mi opinión se semeja más a un hotel de tres estrellas que de cuatro. |

Ik voelde mij als gast behandeld door de medewerkers w.o. receptie. De kamers incl. balkon zijn functioneel en worden dagelijks schoongemaakt. Het ontbijt en dinner was uitstekend. Een groot hotel maar komt niet massaal over door de bouwconstructie en inrichting. |

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet, das Frühstücksbuffett ist kaum zu toppen in Sachen Reichhaltigkeit und Vielseitigkeit. So macht Urlaub richtig Spaß!!!:-) Für uns war alles perfekt, wir würden dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen. |
