Location Visited on buiness and expected a normal 4* hotel. Forget it, its not and no-where near. No internet in room, TV didn't work, toilet didn't flush, none of which was rectified during stay. |

I did like the service, the restaurant, swimming pool, the staff, the facilities, the food was good, we had a all inclusive and i have to say it worth every penny. It was a very pleasant stay |

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. This is not the fault of the hotel but some of the other British guests were boorish, inconsiderate and noisy - poor ambassadors for England. |

Alle algemene ruimten van het hotel zagen er prima uit. Ook de tuinen van beide accomodaties en de zwembaden. De algemene toiletten waren niet altijd even schoon. In de eetzaal was het soms rommilig. En het vlees was niet al te best. Het overige eten was wel goed. |

All inclusive toimi moitteettomasti. Aamupala oli erinomainen. Vastaanottovirkailijat olivat erittäin avuliaita. Allasalueella oli aina vapaita aurinkotuoleja. Hotellin iltaohjelma kuului liian äänekkäänä hotellihuoneisiin. |

La situación, cerca de la zona de vida nocturna Habitaciones muy obsoletas, malos acabdos. Por la noche había fiestecillas de guiris con música y karaoke en la piscina, con mucho ruido que se oía en las habitaciones, duraban hasta las 12 de la noche |

Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres; chambres très petites, entretien nettement insuffisant des toilettes communes.... Bref un petit 3 étoiles et surement pas 4 étoiles!! Beaucoup de bruits la nuit... |

Dado el precio que pagamos la calidad del buffet no fue mala. Nos gusto. Deberian organizar turnos pra poder comer. Creo que seria bueno para los clientes y para los empleados del hotel. |

Il personale dell'albergo è gentile, la nostra camera era molto spaziosa. La cucina non è stata soddisfacente e sicuramente non all'altezza di un 4 stelle, come sicuramente non lo è l'intero complesso, nelle sue strutture, nella pulizia e nella gestione complessiva del soggiorno. Alla cena c'erano file spesso per entrare nella sala da pranzo e praticamente ogni giorno per prendere i cibi cucinati alle griglie...Probabilmente il "quasi completo" di agosto non ha aiutato, ad ogni modo il giudizio non è dei migliori! |

La comida, sencilla pero variada.El equipo de animación, entregado y divertido. Las instalaciones , anticuadas y pequeñas, para llegar al mini club hay muchas escaleras y con un cochecito de bebé a cuestas se hace complicado.Pago por cambio de toallas de baño ( 3 euros)Por la noche mucho ruido de los más trasnochadores. |

El desayuno y el trato del personal del restaurante Varias cosas: aparece como un cuatro estrellas, cuando no llega a ser ni un tres. Desde el primer momento en que llegas te llevas una mala impresión, porque además de que está bastante alejado de la playa, no posee aparcamiento propio y la zona exterior de parking es prácticamente toda pagando. |
