The hotel was brilliant for our young family with lots of activities even though it was September when we stayed. The quality of the food in the main restaurant was not great. There were buffets and also A lá Carte. But there was little or no fresh fruit and vegetables and not much variety. |

Large territory with several swimming pools for children. Two-floor houses divided into 4 apartments in most cases. A 5-minute walk from the beach. Cooking facilities in the apartment. Plenty of free parking. Poor Internet access: slow speed, most interactive sites (everything except gmail) don't work (some sort of filter). |

The hotel was close to the centre, plenty of sun loungers by pool, ample parking as we had a hire car, seemed lots on offer for families Room was dated and electricity sockets not very safe (very loose on wall), housekeeping only visited once in the week we stayed, food and drink was very expensive, there are better hotels in the area |

The whole experience was excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the kids club staff were just brilliant, and in particular the entertainment at night time was top class for both adults and children. Food in restaurant was good and reasonable, did not eat at buffet so cannot comment on it. I will be going back. There should be porters or somone to help with luggage to different blocks on arrival and departure, as they are quite a bit away from reception. We had to make several trips as had children and elderly person with us. |

Price. There isn't a cleaning service for all days. During the week, some of the days nobody cleans the room or change the dirty towels. For the price it's ok, if I was informed previously about that issue. |

Respan henkilökunta avulias ja ystävällinen. Lisäksi lapset otettiin hyvin huomioon. Tosin osa lapsille järjestetyistä ohjelmista olikin matkatoimitojen yhdessä järjestämiä, eikä näin ollen ollut omatoimimatkailijoille tarkoitettuja. Sijainti oli vähän sivussa. Siivousta ei ollut kolmen päivän aikana kertaakaan. |

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel in het algemeen en die van de receptie in het bijzonder. De absurd hoge prijzen van het bier. Ongeveer 2 maal zo duur als in de omliggende bar/restaurants. Terwijl de kwaliteit niet best is( cruzcampo ) |

- Este hotel no nos costó mucho, asi que calidad precio podría ser pasable. Pero hay cosas básicas que, aunque sea una precio módico, cualquier hotel tendría que cuidar. Ejemplo: cortina del baño con manchurrones, sabanas sucias, toallas sucias, no entran a limpiar todos los días, ... Este hotel está enfocado a familias con niños y al turismo extranjero (shows ingles,...). |

God beliggenhed i forhold til byen og stranden. Gode rene swimmingpools. Rene værelser. Maden og især Underholdningen om aftenen i restauranten var helt i TOP og super. D114 - Køleskab ikke OK. Manglede elkedel til at varme vand i. Vand løb ind på stuegulvet fra køkken-terrassen i forbindelse med at tordenbyge. |

Las piscinas y nuestra camarera del apartamento 'Txiki'. Para mi gusto este hotel esta destinado demasiado a los extranjeros... Por ejemplo, primero te hablaban en Ingles y luego cuando se daban cuenta de que eras español ya te hablaban en castellano. |

Super underholdning om aftenen, meget proffesionelt. Særligt godt hotel for børnefamilier. Er lidt slidt efterhånden, kunne godt trænge til en opfrisker. |

Huoneistollamme oli hyvä sijainti alueen uloimmassa reunassa. Rauhallista, "kesämökkimäistä" oleskelua. Avara, siisti ja turvallinen ympäristö. Miellyttävät allasalueet ja hyvät palvelut ravintoloissa. |

Puolihoitoon kuuluvat päivällinen ja aamiainen olivat runsaat. Hotellin yleiset tilat olivat todella hienot. Huoneen varustelu ei ollut edes Suomen keskitasoa. Ei vastannut odotuksia. |

De behulpzaamheid van het personeel, de locatie ten opzichte van het strand en restaurants, de bereikbaarheid (goed te doen met het openbaar vervoer), de mogelijkheden tot ontspanning. De ligbedden bij het zwembad zijn soms matig (geldt niet voor alle bedden). |

La amabilidad y el buen hacer del personal del hotel. Empezando por ana de reservas, pasando por los camareros, animación, señoras de limpieza de habitaciones, recepción.......... Que no se habla nada de español por parte de la animación !!! una pena pues los espectaculos eran realmente trabajados. |

El precio, por eso lo elegí. Todo estaba en inglés. Los espectáculos nocturnos, la información del hotel, los menus de los restaurantes, todo en inglés.Era para un regalo de aniversario y lo pasaron un poco mal al no conocer el ingles. Tuvieron que comer en otros sitios. |

At lejlighederne enten lå i stuen el. på 1. sal. - genialt når man har børn med. God underholdning for børnene og god aftenunderholdning. Større pool og bedre rengøring. Frustrerende at der skal betales et depositum for at få udl. en fjernbetjening til sit TV! |
