Nice location, plenty of parking on the street in front, close to Loro Park and city centre of Purto Cruz (by car). Good value for money. They charge for the tv in the room (never seen before). Almost no english speaking staff, but always trying to help in any way they can. |

El apartamento en sí muy acogedor, para nosotros que ibamos con un bebe genial ya que el salon-comedor es grande y la peque se lo paso muy bien. La cocina que para nosotros estaba poco equipada y por ejemplo la tostadora no iba muy bien. |

Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich. Da das Hotel an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt, ist das Apartment etwas lauter, wenn man die Balkontür geöffnet hat. Aber die Apartment sind sehr groß und sauber. Matratzen sehr gut (nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart). Apartments im Erdgeschoss haben eine sehr schlechte Aussicht, wenn man die Terasssentür öffnet, sieht man eine hohe Mauer, man muß erstmal in den Himmel schauen damit man weiß, wie das Wetter ist. Auch kann man nicht die Gardinen offen lassen, man muß damit rechnen, das andere über die "Terrasse laufen", da es dort auch zum Swimmingpool geht. |

La situacion muy cerca del centro Muy simple, con mobiliario mínimo, muy ruidoso, se escucha a gente pisotear todo el día y la noche en el hotel, La camarera deche las platos sin lavar, pero en el apartamento no había detergente para hacerlo, como habia en otros hoteles a donde estuve en Tenerife. |

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido su situación, está muy bien situado en el Puerto de la Cruz, muy céntrico y cerca de la TF1 y TF5 (carreteras principales)El entorno es bonito. Que se ofrecen como alojamiento que admiten animales y resulta que el trato que recibes por viajar con un animal deja que desear.La limpieza no muy buena, la habitación que nos dieron fué la peor, detrás de la recepcion, ruidos a todas horas, la piscina justo al lado, la gente pasa justo delante del salón... horrible. En el apartameto de arriba, un gran perro que no paraba de ladrar en todo el santo día, y luego a mi me amenazaron que si el perrito me ladraba en algún momento se cancelaba la reserva, se me devolvía el dinero y me buscara otro alojamiento!! bueno, pues mi perro no ladró en ningún momento, ya que siempre lo llevé conmigo a todas partes... y está acostumbrado. Como para repetir!! |

El sitio esta muy bien, zona tranquila muy facil y comodo el aparcamiento y todo correcto. Tomar la segunda salida de la autopista desde el aeropuerto hacia el Puerto de la Cruz. |
