We stayed here last year and requested the same room again. This we got. The staff remembered us and treated us admirably. Unlike very modern hotels, the walls are thick and you cannot hear your neighbours. A very good selection of food to cater for all tastes. Lovely large bed with high quality sheets. |

During our 4 night stay to celebrate my birthday my wife and I had a lovely time, the the buffet meals were very good and catered for all tastes. The room was large and kept very clean, we had a view of the mountains and the pool. The staff were very effecient and polite. It a good place to stay mainly because it on the sea promenade and very close to all other ammenities. |

Great location, beautiful view, nice and comfortable rooms. The food of the breakfast/dinner buffet was not the best ever... There could have been some changes in the menu. |

Su ubicación y el paisaje que se divisa desde el mismo,está muy bien situado para comunicaciones. La limpieza muy deficiente,necesita una reforma de fachada y de interior buena. |

que estaba cerca de la zona de fiesta es un hotel cuatro estrellas, i no tiene nevera en la habitacion, es un servicio con coste adicional, por no hablar q no tiene servicio minibar. Tampoco tiene parking. |

La habitación hubo un día que no limpiaron el baño y no me dajaron toalla de lavabo. Las sábanas tienen pelotillas de tener varios años y no me la cambiaron en 4 noches. El personal del restaurante es desagradable y te tratan como borregos. Todo es antiguo, parece que te trasportas a los años 60 y que te vas a encontrar a Alfrendo Landa y su maleta. He visto cucarachas en los pasillos. |

La rapidez con la que nos han atendido. Servicio de bar deficiente y no tiene mueble bar en la habitacion y no tienes forma de comprar en ningun sitio del hotel en horario nocturno. |

para mi no tiene 4 estrellas, ni tan sólo dispone de room service y tube que cenar los dos días en el McDonalds de abajo. El buffet del desayuno muy flojo. |

El sitio donde está el hotel, mi habitación daba a los Lagos y veia todas las tardes la puesta de sol. Una pasada.... Lo unico que no me ha gustado es que he ido pocos días, solo 1 semana. Volveré |

Sólo la ubicación y las vistas hacia el mar y piscinas de Martiánez. Es un hotel que de las cuatro estrellas le sobra, por lo menos, una. . Han hecho un pequeño lavado de cara, con materiales de muy mala calidad,pero en el fondo se trata de un hotel muy viejo. Los baños olían muy mal,la barra de la cortina de la ducha estaba totalmente llena de herrumbre, las camas tenían pelusa de varios días,la comida era de pena y daba grima el aspecto.Además es muy ruidoso. |

Su situación. Vistas. Instalaciones. Bouffet. Añadiría que nos hemos sentido muy cómodos en el mismo. En algunos momentos se ha echado en falta un poco de calor en las habitaciones.En cuanto al Wiffi debería adecuarse para poder conectar desde las habitaciones. |
