The location was ideal, 12 minutes from the airport by taxi, and 20 minutes from the seaside by train, the railway station was just 10 to 15 minutes away. We asked for a double room, thinking we would have a double bed in it, but there was no double bed, after all we had paid for a special romanic room. |

I liked the quality of the furnishings which were very good for a 3 star: nice touches like two chairs in the bedroom and a glassed door between the bedroom and the hallway with the bathroom/loo. Nice people in the hotel and in the attached cafe next door. |

Room change after some keycard problems was suggested. Very nice and quick handling. Was only there for one night. Very luxurious for that rate. Nice jetstream bathtub, big rooms, clean and good bed/furniture. |

it was near to th airport, they arranged a taxi for us and the room was clean. the hotel was close to the gaudi center whih is good the airo was not that good, not chaingable by myself |

The television set in room absolite,old and complet out of date.The remote control didn't work even after stuff change several time this.I think if the hotel will make a investition in a new generation of television sets will add.more value for money.Also need at lease a CNN program in english for business travelers. |

The hotel is close to Reus airport, so if you are flying by Ryanair, and your flight arrives in the night, I would recommend to sleep in this hotel, then the next morning you can take the train to Barcelona. The hotel is not close to the train station, it is about 30 min walking. About the hotel, I loved the cold bottle of wine in our room! it was just perfect after our journey. It is not cheap but if you get a cheap flight, you can pay for this hotel. |

central for town & shops.Enjoyed Gaudi Centre which was nearby we requested a non smoking room & the room we were given stank of smoke.They said all other rooms booked up & could not offer alternative. |

The staff were very helpful and knew the local area. Food in the hotel was good value for money compared with other places and tasted very nice. more of an effort could be made with the breakfast and entertainment ie no access to swimming pool and lack of anywhere such as a garden to sit in the sun. |

Bottle of Cava left in our room on first visit, a lovely gesture.Staff at reception very helpful. Big bedrooms but had a dated appearance..T.V. didn't offer any English speaking options, not even a film rental option. |
