Location, General condition and hygiene (although not exceptional), Front desk The restaurant staff resused to seat me at the second (more comfortable and conpletely empty!) floor, unless I ordered food. I only wanted to have a drink in quiet... Didn't have a problem finding an alternatve within 50 metres though. |

Everything was perfect for a European hotel. The room was smaller than in the U.S., but it was well-designed. The bed had a sturdy built-in lamp that I would like to purchase. We requested and received a high level floor with a view of Las Ramblas. The multi-lingual staff was formal and helpful. When we checked out the night before, the desk asked and gave us a wake-up call and arranged for a taxi the next day. The service was excellent and without flourish. Although we purposely chose to stay on a noisy street, it was quiet in the hotel. The only surprise was the lack of wash cloths. |

I was very happy with my visit to royal ramblas, so central could not have been better walking distance from everywhere. Staff were delightful. Air con in room was perfece stayed at the back never heard a sound all night. I will go back. |

Very much liked the location and being able to watch out of the window at the Ramblas seeing the entertainment No tea and coffee facilities and was not given new toiletries on the 2nd night |

Air conditioning system works good. Near of La Rambla. Terrible! No internet access even after two days after the problem was declared by me. No room service at all! Very small and not convenient parking!!! |

We had a nice stay. No major problem. Price was fine for the offer. Nicely central and excellent insulation from the noise below of the Ramblas. Nothing. |

the location was excellent. Walked straight out to Las Ramblas. Air conditioning did not work. Multiple calls to front desk produced no results. The rooms are small by US standards. |

Closeness to the Rambles, and other attractions as well as the metro and the bus Security was poor, although they have cameras, the other party we were travelling with had thier handbag stolen from alonside their chair in the rear of the reception area. No one looking at the security feedback and no-one controlling who comes in and out of the street. |
