very good location, quiet and clean room, nice hotel people

bathroom facillities can be better (i.e. something where your can put your beautycase)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was simple, but clean and all that we needed. Breakfast was good value.

We would have preferred a double rather than a twin, but we did not raise this with the hotel.

The location was the only thing I liked, everything else about the hotel was bad.

Excellent location. Rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was great- friendly, helpful, excellent English. Wifi worked only in the lobby. Decor, carpets etc. are getting a little worn. Flamenco show in adjacent space was noisy but only lasts about 1/2 hour each evening.

Room was very small

The hotel was right in the heart of the old town close to cathedral etc with bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The staff were very friendly & helpful, the rooms basic but clean and all you need for a city break. Overall good value for money hotel.

Spacious, clean, convenient location

Rooms clean, bright, comfy. Staff was _excellent_, very helpful and welcoming.

It would be nice if "doubles" were not two separate twin beds that could be pushed together. However, that does seem more of a cultural peculiarity than anything else, and is, on balance, more amusing than actually frustrating. It's also possible, of course, that it's something that could have been changed had we asked.
