Excellent location: very close to all tourist attractions of Seville and to the main bus terminal. Good quality of the room.

The hotel is nice: cosy beautiful rooms, convenient lobby, wi-fi. Very convenient to get there by car. Parking is spacious enough, unlike many others I've seen in Spain. Hence that's a plus.

Not the first hotel where I had problems with air-conditioning: outside day temp was plus 29 C - about 20 C in the night. And everything was ok, when we fell asleep. But in the night we woke up, because there was no air in the room - a/c was turned off centrally, as they believe “nights are cold”. Just ventilation is not possible as well. Our window went to the inner yard, as well as from many other rooms, and everything was heard very close. Very hard to sleep. And I don't understand what I've paid for... I would recommend this hotel only in summer, when, maybe, they don't think "nights are cold"...

Seville city centre very accessible and good view of cahedral from our room at front of hotel. Internet access in public areas.

Could not honestly say this was a good 3 star standard - particularly the breakfast: very limited, including stale croissants! No internet access in rooms, no mini-bar and slightly scruffy aspects to parts of room (e.g. pillows fixed to wall over bed). Parking to rear of hotel is extremely difficult with tight spacing - consequently, we damaged our hire car.

The location

The walls are way too thin - you could hear a tv next door very clearly - difficult to fall asleep.

We liked this hotel faces the garden

Location, Location, Location. Just across the road is the centre of the historical city. Within easy walking distance of everything you need to see when visiting this city, They even gave us a map as we arrived. Lock the car away and leave it there. Breakfast was an extensive cold buffet and toast. Adequate to start a busy day.

Location, Location, Location. Yes, its location is also its downfall. The traffic noise from the road at the front in the morning means an early start whether you want it or not. Suggest you ask for a back room if this is going to be a problem. However front room means view of the Alcazar etc.

The hotel is well located and within walking distance to most of Seville's sights.

The room facilities were a little out-dated.

The receptionists were extremely helpful and very patient. Our room was OK but on the inside of the hotel. But as we were hardly ever in it it didn't matter. Good breakfast included. We walked to the Alcazar and the Jewish quarter as it is so central.

No, it was fine.

Excellent location opposite the Alcazar gardens and a very short walk into the historic part of town, the cathedral, river, tapas bars and restaurants, etc. Clean rooms and good bathrooms with towels and complementary toiletries/hairdryer. Helpful, pleasant reception staff. The late breakfast and checkout was nice for a relaxing weekend. Free left luggage facility. Nice decor and comfortable seating in communal areas. Fairly good buffet style continental breakfast. Good air conditioning throughout.

There was no food or water available after breakfast and there is no bar in the hotel. The first room we were allocated was horrible - very dark, looking onto a dingy light well full of soil pipes, very small and stank of sewage or rubbish. We complained and were immediately allocated a much more pleasant room at the front of the hotel. The hotel is on a 6 lane major road so outside noise is very loud although there is effective double glazing and air conditioning so it is possible to sleep with the windows shut. For a recently refurbished hotel, the rooms are a little scruffy (some cracks in the ceiling, etc). Beds are basic and rather uncomfortable.
