Vincci la Rabida

Very good experience at Vincci la Labida. Hotel and room deco very Andalucian. Antique feel yet with very good facilities.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The room is always spotless clean. The location is handy for everything.

All femele receptionists are rude and incredibly lazy. Not attentive, not friendly, not professional. This is not what I expected from 4 star hotel and this almost ruined our holiday. The room is not well-lit and absolutely no view even I requested the well-lit room with view in advance. All you see is the wall of opposite building in front of your norse. I asked if we can change the room, but they rejected ! TV didn't work. I asked check it and fix it, but they didn't do anything. The room was bit noisy. You hear footsteps etc from the room above. I had high hope about this hotel, but bit let down.

Convenient to city centre, yet quiet and peaceful

hotel was very clean and comfortable, and was in such a good location for the city and shops.

would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room, also at no time was a menu displayed for the restaurant.

The location was excellent for all main attractions. The public areas were comfortable and relaxing.

The first room we were offered had a window opening onto an air shaft that had a roof over it. The air conditioning control had been vandalised and was not working so no fresh air came into the room at all. However, we were offered an alternative.

In a "walking"city the hotel was ideally situated the room was quiet as requested.

The staff were somewhat disinterested-the rooms were certainly not four star-The corridor carpets were filthy-The hotel could not be described as Boutique

Very convenient location in central Seville. Beautiful architecture inside. Roof restaurant and bar give fabulous views over the city.

Carpets and tiles in some corridors need replacing. Carpets are dirty, tiles are chipped.

Friendly service, very conveniently located.

The location was excellent, close to all the major sights. The hotel was reasonably clean and its conversion from a palace was interesting. View of the cathedral and Giralda very good.

We absolutely hated the layout and the access to our room was complicated due to the design of the hotel. We had to take 2 different lifts and walk along a long corridor to get from 1 lift to the other. The lifts were tiny and sometimes it took an eternity to get to our room. The stairs were hard to locate and instructions on how to exit the building in the event of a fire were confusing or non existent. In our 5 night stay we still were unable to leave the building quickly and easily. We found it very frustrating and I would not recommend this hotel for that reason only.

It's location is very good and the facilities are excellent.

The comfort of the hotel was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Roof top restaurant, pleasant and helpful staff. Lovely suite, ideal central location.

Unfortunately the room, no 226 looked out onto major building work , the dust and rubble could be smelt when the outside door was opened and the area looked liked something out of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. This was a city break of only 3 nights and as everything else was fine we did not complain to the staff.
