Not really. Parking is a general issue in the center of salamanca.

Reception staff very helpful. Car parking just across the square so very convenient.

Very helpful front desk staff. Breakfast buffet was good and there was a wide variety. Rooms were spotless.

Location was very good close to the Plaza Mayor.

The air con was rubbish. It was 34C during the day and about 25 at night and the air con was extremely weak if working at all. They just made the beds and didn´t wash any glasses or replenish toiletries.

The hotel is located in the historical centre, very close to everything!

Despite of being on the "non-smoking" floor our room smelled a lot of cigarette. There was a bar right next to the hotel which caused a lot of noise in the small hours when people continued the party on the street. The staff at the reception was not very service oriented. A smile would be nice!

I brought a business package with free wireless internet access, but first I got a room on 5th floor, where there was almost no signal strength. After 2 days (they promised to do if after 1 day) they moved me to first floor. Then the signal strength was ok, but internet speed was awful, and the bedroom was just next to the elevator, so you could hear sliding doors all the time.

esta algo anticuado y la ventana, aun siendo tipo climalit, dejaba entrar bastante frio. Hubo que utilizar toallas para taponar algo el frio.

La calefaccion por la noche excesivamente alta, esta ubicado en una zona ruidosa por lo que mejor llevar tapones para dormir y un dia no habia agua caliente para ducharnos

Habitaciones espaciosas, muy buena atención a los huéspedes y emplazamiento perfecto para recorrer la ciudad a pie. Muy recomendable para escapadas de fin de semana para visitar el centro histórico.

Quizá las cañerias hacen algo de ruido, pero nada serio.

El hotel está muy cerca de la Plaza Mayor y a la vez en una zona muy tranquila.

Más que nada, el no disponer de parking (el personal recomienda los 2 más cercanos pero son pequeños y suelen estar completos;de todas formas, hay otros 2 a unos 200 m más o menos de distancia -sobre todo,el del hospital de la Stma. Trinidad-,que están bien pero por otra parte son carillos -12 € la noche-).Además, el precio del desayuno,tanto buffet (10 € ) como aparte en cafetería (5 €),es excesivo para un hotel de 3 estrellas,sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el precio total de la habitación sin dicho servicio (53 €).
