Location (quite zone, not very crowded), multiple nationality guests, spacious room, 50meters from beach and sea pool, free parking space, facilities and infrastructure. The restaurant. It could not cope with all the costumers during breakfast and dinner (food and complements supply was not enough) and there wasn't too much variety either, specially with the deserts. |

1. de vriendelijkheid van het zaalpersoneel, 2.het enorme aanbod bij het buffet 3. de rust buiten-seizoen Mijn reispartner en ikzelf zijn beide 22 jaar maar zien er nog een pak jonger uit. Dit echter zou geen reden mogen zijn voor het receptiepersoneel om ons zo onvriendelijk te behandelen. Het was werkelijk op het onbeschofte af. De senioren die voor en achter ons iets kwamen vragen/in- of uitcheckten werden met alle vriendelijkheid behandeld. Dit is echt niet kunnen. Dit gold énkel voor het receptiepersoneel. Daarenboven waren we erg ontevreden over de drankjes van het ontbijtbuffet, alles kwam namelijk uit automaten. Koffie, warme melk, warm water, chocomelk... kwam allemaal uit dezelfde machine waardoor er bv druppels koffie in je melk terechtkwamen en bovendien smaken automaatdrankjes nooit goed. Hetzelfde gold voor de fruitsappen. |

La atención del personal, todos han sido muy amables Es un 4 estrellas "barato" y es por algo, las instalaciones son antiguas y no hacen mérito a un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Tienen una piscina a 150 metros del hotel que ya hace años que descuidaron, el suelo está todo desconchado y el agua super sucia. El buffette solo me gustó el último día, los anteriores tanto el desayuno como la cena la comida era recalentada y la bollería de hacía por lo menos un día. |

le buffet était correct et l'ambiance framo-club medienne était supportable. l'hotel met une navette bus à disposition pour los cristianos et la plage des americas c bien. la plage est volcanique la piscine du bord de mer est très agréable, mais cet hôtel est un vieil hôtel à la beauté désuète. |

Struttura praticamente perfetta con personale ok. Posizione, parcheggio, ristorazione e comfort veramente notevoli. E' stato il 4° soggiorno in due anni in questo hotel ! Recentemente la clientela inglese (golf) è stata sostituita con gruppi di un tour operator francese, con propri animatori, rendendo il tutto meno "tranquillo". |
