No internet in the room despite being advertised as such and being the only reason I selected this hotel. Staff completely indifferent to guests needs

In the Ramblas, walking distance to and around Santa Cruz, most rooms recently refurbished. I had a junior suite for two nights for €150 - good value.

Outstanding staff. Bedroom,lounge kitchen and balcony make it self contained. Minimalistic throughout. Just off the town centre. Will go back.

The staff were very efficient and helpful.

The breakfast was not very good - the hot food was never hot and some variation of the egss, there were scrambled eggs almost every day, what about boiled or fried eggs (had these one morning) and maybe beans. The heating in the rooms did not work, for us this was important, we live in Spain,it was quite cold for us in Tenerife. We had to request extrablankets. No bar, so we had to go out alot.

Atendimento da recepção, possibilidade de extenção da reserva feita anteriormente. Disponibilidade de estacionamento já que aluguei automovel e a falta de estacionamento na cidade é um grande problema.

Falta de internet no quarto que não foi mencionado na reserva pois no site do hotel definia que existia wireless em toda a depencia do hotel.

Die Lage des Pools ist leider sehr laut, da unmittelbar an einer viel befahrenen Straße.

Ausstattung des Frühstücksraums (fürchertlich die rosa farbenen Tischdecken!!!),

Ubicación tranquila para la gente de negocios y habitaciones (minisuites) bien acondicionadas para poder trabajar sin incomodidades

Los servicios de comida a domicilio que recomiendan en el check-in (recepción) dejan mucho que desear. El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones mini-suites sólo enfria el salón adjunto. Llega poco frio al dormitorio. Sería pertinente que instalaran otro split independiente en el dormitorio.

no, muchisimo ruido por todas partes, se oye todo, el desayuno pesimo, el baño minusculo y la piscina no tiene jardin ni nada no es un hotel son apartamentos con piscina

El desayuno buffet muy bueno. El restaurante del mismo muy bien decorado y los muebles de los alimentos bien distribuidos

La decoración de las habitaciones estan algo deterioradas y desfasadas en las standards. La habitación superior está mejor acondicionada y con terraza amplia
