Very comfortable, convenient hotel with its own character. Very comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Close to the centre of a beautiful city with very welcome convenient parking. The air conditioning was so efficient that the sheets on the bed were not enough to keep warm. A light (3.5-4 tog) duvet would have been welcomed. |

The location of the Hotel was convenient for the City centre. High quality fixtures and fittings. The overall ambience. Secure car park. Value for money. The reception staff appeared unsure of them selves and gave confusing information regarding the directions to the car park. Check-out was delayed by 10 minutes due to the malfunction of the Visa card machine. |

Loved the Silken club room- real luxury. Great location just by the old town. Highly recommended. Interesting photos for film buffs and a reference library for Spanish speaking film buffs! |

central location, not alot of fine dining in the area , although we stumbled on to a place that served some local cuisine that was very good. people at the desk were young and not very experienced but were enthusiastic. quiet room, good bed and bath |

being able to use (eventually) ADSL The quality of the breakfast was poor especially lack of variety very little cooked foods too cosndiering the price! Yes, there was no restaurant and restaurants outside were a long distance away. |

A very trendy hotel, located in the centre of Zaragoza. Prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is really nice. I would strongly recommend it. |

good location. hotel staff were not friendly. coffee at breakfest was bad. It is absolutely overpriced (212 Euro per night without breakfest). |
