Big rooms. Elegant. Big beds. Friendly personel. Close to the city center and Gaudi houses. Very quiet room. Prices of cocktails are huge. Room on the second floor is very dark. |

Very nice Hotel, Clean and comfortable. Had request a balcony with 2 twin beds as shown on Bookings web site as well as Silken Gran wb site. However, both web sites contain wrong information. If someone requesting balcony might need to check with hotel before booking. |

The room was very comfortable especially the bed and bedding, bathroom all worked well. The minibar was not very cool, the aircon not very efficient but the room very nice. Cleaners not too good at their jobs need a bit of improvement for the standard of hotel Aircon and minibar not cool enough but the room safe was very good |

I love that hotel. it is in an ideal location in the Eixample district and and close to everything. It is classy and comfortable. I have stayed at this hotel before, and this time it was a little more expensive than i remembered or wished for it to be. |

Nice size room with good amenities. View was not as good as expected.Pricy but I guess we are used to north american rates. No breakfast after 10am. which didn't allow much of a sleep in |

The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly and the hotel was immaculate. Our room was of a decent size, but had everything we required. The pool area was very clean and relaxing and the communal bathrooms and sauna area was spotless. |

The hotel is excellently located, at walking distance from the main sites in Barcelona's historic city center - 5mins walk to Plaza Catalunya, Rambla, Paseig de Gracia... And centrally located in the middle between 3 subway stations. For this, the "value for money" is great. One can not blame the hotel for FC Barcelona's success, but when Barca wins a European soccer final, it can be a tough night there - no sleep until about 3am because of partying on the streets... ;-) |

The hotel was ideally located for exploring the city and was clean and spacious. I was impressed by the security of the hotel - you had to use your room key cards to get in the lifts and to get on to the roof top pool area. Overall very nice hotel The breakfast was expensive at 18 euros and there was no where to get a drink of snack when sitting by the pool area. |

it may seem small but I was most impressed by the air conditioning. It kept the temp at a level which I find I could easily sleep at, and it was quiet too. I liked the choice of pillows..All in all, the room was very comfortable. |

It is a centrally located clean hotel, great as a starting point for your sightseeing/business trips!! It has a lot of street noise but being in the center of a big city maybe unavoidable. |

My husband and I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the roof terrace..the hotel was centrally located and fantastic for restaurants, las ramblas and major tourist sights...we'll be back!! Asked for a double bed...got two twins...not a huge problem. |
