Best Western Hotel Subur Maritim

Friendly staff and good location. Good buffet breakfast with nice range of choice for vegetarians. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel.

The room could do with being decorated - a little jaded. In the 3 days we spent there the stairs weren't cleaned. (other areas were)

Friendly staff, good location with a nice stroll along the promonade to the centre, good sea views & views of Sitges coast line, rooms very clean and comfortable, will certainly stay again and recommend to friends when visiting near by Barcelona.

Friendly and efficient staff; well-appointed room with sea-view balcony; the most comfortable beds experienced in Spain in many years of travel!

No dislikes as such just a comment that the swimming-pool needs some maintenance and it would have been nice to have had poolside and room service available all day.

Very little - overall unsatisfactory experience

I booked a room with balcony but was offered a so-called suite which was like a prison cell with no balcony or outlook. Staff were surly and uncooperative. Returned to room after 4pm and it has not been made up - I asked why and was told it was my fault as I had not put a sign up to indicate that I wanted the room made up - no indication as to when they condescend to actuall make up the room,and perhaps never. Breakfast very ordinary.

The hotel was very comfortable and nicely situated for sea and Sitges centre.

Location in front of the sea. Room/accomodation size (but not state of the room/bathroom). EXCELLENT view at the sea. Very friendly people working in the hotel. Pool (which we did not use as it was November - but looks great).

Rooms / bathrooms are old. Dont look like 4* hotel at all. And the smell in the bathroom ... Some stinky sewage smell... We would not stay in the hotel again for that reason. Otherwise it would be good value for money 3* hotel. But dont expect you will get 4* accomodation for bargain price - the price is for 3* - and so is the hotel accomodation.

1. fietsen ter beschikking: was erg handig omdat het hotel 3 km vh dorp afligt 2.mogelijkheid voor koffie/thee/broodjes als je geen ontbijt nam: erg fijn!

1. er waren weliswaar fietsen: maar erg krakkemikkig: zadel zat niet vast, rem deed het niet, te oud, zou erg aan te bevelen zijn als die verbeterd werden

De ligging direct aan de boulevard en dus het strand. Een mooi zwembad met ligstoelen. Het hotel ligt niet in het centrum en dat is een voordeel want er geen herrie 's nachts. Toch ben je in 20 minuten lopen in het centrum, een mooie wandeling over de boulevard.

Hay habitaciones ruidosas.Las instalaciones del aire acondicionado debieran llevarlas al tejado y quitarlas de los laterales.

Omdat we onze hond altijd mee nemen op vakantie, zochten we een hotel wat dit toestaat. Subur Maritim laat dit niet alléén toe maar is ook nog eens erg gastvrij voor honden.Dit alles zonder dat het ten koste gaat van de kwaliteit van het hotel

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, servicegericht en behulpzaam.

Bij navraag bleek 'zeezicht' extra te kosten, niet vermeld op de site!
