The location of the hotel was quite convenient. The rooms were falling apart, floor tiles and bathroom appliances were not reliable. Staff were extremely rude and the noise level was unbearable. |

Good location., but extremely noisy. We would not stay there again. I asked for a quiet room, but did not get one. See above. Very noisy and high priced. Look for something off the main drag. |

The location was central, near the ramblas, good cleaning facilities, metro in front of hotel, helpfull and friendly staff. Toilet was leaking, two beds put together instead of one double bed, room was ok but small (into respect on what you see on website), different key for the mini-bar |

The recepstionist were very friendly and helpful, as every time - there is no internet Wi-Fi at the room- very bad point which I've comented for few times already |

la posizione dell'hotel, è situato a pochi passi dalla Rambla, servito ottimamente dalla metro (la fermata si trova proprio di fronte) e intornato da locali, negozi e ristoranti. per me un punto molto dolente di questo hotel è il personale. Troppo lento (credo di aver passato 10 minuti al check in). Poco disponibile e non mi ha dato la sensazione di accoglienza. Il personale, lavorando in questo settore, posso dire che è un valore aggiunto ! Sentirsi accolti, coccolati con i sorrisi del personale, è importante ! e tutto ciò non l'ho ricevuto dall'Hotel Suizo. |

Posizione centralissima, ideale per raggiungere tutti i siti di maggior interesse. Personale della reception poco cortese. Controlli in entrata e uscita molto carenti danno la sensazione di scarsa sicurezza. |

Een van de kamers was zeer oncomfortabel;voor de volgende nachten kregen we een veel ruimere,betere. Het lawaai buiten;als je daar gevoelig voor bent kom je er wel slaap tekort. |

l'ottima posizione proprio davanti alla fermata della metro,magnifico per esplorare a piedi il barrio gotico e le ramblas e per arrivare con una bella camminata al mare.Numerosi i ristoranti e i localini nei dintorni. Non si rimpiange la mancanza della prima colazione. Le camere che si affacciano sulla piazzetta possono essere rumorose, ma è un inconveniente di tutto il centro storico |

Posizione centralissima. Personale cortese. Camera elegante e spaziosa. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Se proprio devo dirne una, la notte si sentiva un po' di confusione proveniente dalla strada, proprio a causa della posizione assolutamente centrale dell'albergo. |
