The apartments are very quiet and clean. All the things to do and to see are very close to the centre of Costa Teguise, the sea and the cultural sites of the island. The staff is very very kind, professional and nice (Mr. Pepe!!!). The prices of the bar are cheap. The tv in the house is not free (3Euro daily) also the safety box. The apartments are big and comfortable. The swimming pool is little but clean and nice. |

Very good location a bit away from noisy center but walking distance to everything. Costa Teguise is perfect place for discovering Lanzarote. Very friendly personal. Clean and perfect service for the price we paid. Personal is very friendly and willing to help but speaks a bit poor English and available only at day time (9-17). No wash machine in complex but laundry service (kilo for 7 euros, next day ready). Only two towels for a person (hand and bath, nothing for slippery floor) and they are sometimes a bit on the heavy used side. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We even got a great local contact for cheap car hire from them. The swimming pool was really great for my friend, her four year old and I to relax and have fun. It's not luxury accomodation but it is excellent value for money. This isn't really the fault of the hotel, but the beach that is very nearby is very gritty and so rocky that it's not really possible to get into the water. There is another better beach within walking distance, but it would have been useful if this had been clear before we got there. |

Sobre todo la relación calidad-precio, fuimos un poco recelosos por el precio, pero la verdad es que fue una gran sorpresa Pues no tiene nada de nada para usar en la cocina, es decir, sal, azucar, aceite, etc debes comprarlo todo. Otra cosa que puede que a las demás personas no le guste es que la tv en de pago, en nuestro caso nos daba igual pues no vemos la tele en casa no la vamos a ver aqui |

Il proprietario è una persona squisita, disponibile, gentile e molto cordiale. Addirittura si è offerto di accompagnarci in aereoporto perchè il taxi tardava di netto ad arrivare, così siamo riusciti ad imbarcarci solo grazie al suo pronto intervento. Il resto del personale è stupendo, tutti molto silmpatici e calorosi. Gli appartamenti sono decisamente ampi e luminosi, e le pulizie avvengono a giorni alterni ma con molta cura. Nel complesso l'hotel è un piccolo gioiello ed è a 2 min dal mare e a 5 min dall'area dei ristoranti e locali vari. Inoltre la zona è piuttosto residenziale e soprattutto l'ideale per chi vuole godere di un relax assoluto e di un contatto con la natura che forse non si può ottenere in zone più commerciali(PuertodelC L'acqua della piscina a dir poco ghiacciata, a dir poco impossibile immergersi! |

Die Aparthotelanlage ist eine kleine,überschaubare Anlage fernab des Massentourismus.Eine freundliche familiäre Athmosphäre ist hier garantiert anzutreffen.Auf einer sonnigen Terrasse kann man ab 08.00 Uhr lecker frühstücken und frischen Kaffee genießen bzw.den Abend bei einer hausgemachten Sangria ausklingen lassen. Falls es doch mal schlechtes Wetter sein sollte,wäre es schön, wenn man mehr als die 2 angebotenen deutschen Fernsehsender ( RTL II , MTV )empfangen könnte.Da wir eine Woche wunderbares Wetter hatten, haben wir gern auf TV verzichtet. |

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Hotelanlage! Zentral gelegen,gute EInkaufsmöglichkeiten,Bushaltestellen in der Nähe und die Strände waren auch nicht weit! Das Appartment war groß,sauber und mit einer Küchenecke und einem separaten Schlafzimmer ausgestattet! Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit,besonders vermissen wir die Barbesitzer *Vanessa und Manu* :d sehr Vorteilhaft waren seine deutsch, spanisch und englisch Kenntnisse! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr gut! Molino de guatiza immer wieder !!!!! |

Nous avons apprécié la situation de l'hotel , c'était calme et la qualité des lits était bonne. C'est un hotel simple et très bien en cette période de novembre pour notre séjour de 4 jours. Peu de pression d'eau et donc difficile de faire couler correctement douche et bain. |

wij betaalden 18 euro per dag, buiten het hoogseizoen. wij verbleven een week, en zullen nog heel lang nagenieten van de aangename vakantie. dichtbij strand, steeds gemakkelijk gratis parkeren dichtbij (ook mogelijk om er te geraken met de bus vanaf de luchthaven). twintig minuten stappen naar het centrum met restaurants en winkeltjes. het enige wat ons stoorde was het luidruchtig dichtslaan van deuren, veelal door de wind, maar ook gewoon op zijn "spaans".wij keken soms nogal eens naar andere, mooiere en luxueuzere complexen, maar als we het verschil in prijs in aanmerking nemen, waren we supergelukkig met ons apartementje in de Molino. we zouden er zeker teruggaan. |
