The hotel has a great location The evening hotel staff were particularly rude and my room was filthy. I had to do a lot of the cleaning in my room myself, but the room did have a very nice view of the city. |

The rate was very good. Also the location was excellent with a 5 min. walk to the beach & the waterfront & the old town; a 15 min. walk to downtown area & a great view of the waterfront & the amazing mountain in the city with the ruins of the castle Santa Barbara on the top. As well the breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. No. |

Freindliness of the staff and helpful. The breakfast was of excellent quality and it catered for everyone. The room was too small and was in need of redecoration.Air conditioning was noisy, but did work effectively. The need for car parking is paramount, having to leave the car well away from the hotel was a bind. The good thing about the hotel was central to most things |

The separate sitting room was nice with a great view of Postiguet. This was a sentimental trip for us. We lived in Alicante in the early 70s we wanted to see how it had changed. |

The location. Despite a request for early checkin, they would not check us into the room untill 2pm so we sat in the lobby for three hours. At 2 pm when I approached the desk, the clerk told me there were no tripple rooms available yet. When I advised him that we had booked a double, he said we could have the straight away - god knows how long we were sitting in the lobby for unnecessaraily |
