In a quiet side street but still in a very central location. Easy access to city centre and metro. Very helpful and friendly staff and child friendly. A standard room was of fairly generous size and big enough for us and our two year old daughter. A good quality travel cot (and mattress) was provided.

Internet access a bit expensive

Close to shopping, parks and main sites. Reception staff were friendly and some had good english which was essential as I have no spanish. They were helpful in queries I had about getting to local attraction sites. I selected this hotel as a result of the very good customer reviews on trip advisor...

I booked on the internet and it was necessary to pay in advance to secure the price I was getting with no refund given on sudden cancellations due to family emergency medical situations. This is unfortunate. Would be best if hotel could offer a voucher for another visit in cases of sudden medical emergencies which forces your customer to cancel their planned stay...

Good location. Close to the train station so you don't have to lug your bags around.

Our first room had a funky smell. The staff was very helpful and changed our room right away when we asked, but it made me feel like the place wasn't very clean.

Great location! On doorstep of all sights, restaurants and cafes/bars.

Ask for a room at the front of the hotel, otherwise you could be overlooking a brick wall

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to transport, restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were efficient and friendly and the room was generous and clean.

The bar was overpriced

Appears to have been recently renovated, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Hotel team pleasant and informative in answering questions about transit, etc. Well situated in the beautiful "old town" area, so it was easy to walk to restaurants and various points of interest; also only several blocks from train and metro stations. Room was quiet as requested in online booking.

Wish parking fee was a bit less.

Location is ideal - 5 minutes walk from train and metro stations (lines 3 & 5 straight to the airport) - on a pedestrian street, close to shops and cafes. We arrived early in the morning and the receptionist arranged for us to check-in straight away (instead of 4pm), at no extra cost. Room was beautiful, very spacious and spotlessly clean. We also had a free extra bed for our child. Loved it!

Location, staff, size of room..

The floors are Pergo and thus you hear people upstairs walking, as well as the maids cleaning very early in the am... not for the late sleeper!

Lack of coffee/tea facilities in the room

We were given a room on the 6th floor, which we asked for, room 603, had a balcony, was quite, room was large, both with seperate bath/shower, and a seperate shower, bath robes and slippers. Being it was December and Velencia can be cold, the room was very cosy and warm. Also had excellent pillows, bed was also comfortable.

This did not really apply to us, but if we had chosen to drive to Velencia, the car parking charges were rather expensive , at 25euros per day.

Visited the city of sciences,acuarium etc.

Being so central in the city.

Feel the breakfast is too expensive-
