Excellent location, very competent staff. Rooms are big and clean, and all facilities are OK as far as I can tell ( I didn´t eat at the hotel). Furniture in rooms is quite outdated and worn out. |

The hotel is central in Vitoria and the city is small so can walk to most places in Vitoria from hotel easily. Wireless is availiable in reception free. Parking is expensive, although you can normally park nearby on street, may take a few minutes to find a space. Intenet in rooms is paid for, medium price, would prefer free. |

Good location, close to old town, bars and restaurants. Room was big, clean and with modern facilities Parking was full. I guess the parking space is too limited for the size of the hotel. Anyway, public parking lots in the neighborhood were cheaper than that at the hotel (14 vs 17 EUR per day). So in the end it was good that there was no parking available. |

Good shower and toilet. Location good. No restaurant and bar service over the holiday period (unable to get even a coffee), minibar not fully stocked on arrival, TV channels not working in total, wifi in room expensive. |

It was clean and comfortable and relatively near to the old town. The hotel didn't have many facilities for a 4 star hotel e.g. spa, gym, swimmingpool. It doen't have much character in comparison to the boutique hotels that I prefer to visit. |

Buen trato por parte del personal. Tranquilidad ( no se oian ruidos desde la habitacion). Excelente ubicación. Cuando pedi que me trajeran el desayuno a la habitación en ninguna parte venia que tenia un suplemento de 3.50 euros este servicio. Me parecio fatal y lo comente alli. No me gusta que me engañen. |

Sí. perquè es tractava de passar una nit l'habitació era àmplia i confortable. Estava, això sí, bastant envellida, tant el mobiliari com les cortines i cobrellits.La caixa forta era inutilitzable.El bany era més nou i tenia més nivell. |

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Permite descubrir caminando toda la ciudad. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias. Las ventanas no aislan bien los ruidos externos. |

Para tener categoría de 4 estrellas, francamente deja bastante desear. La climatización no funsionaba bien, el wc hacía ruidos constantes, la papelera del cuarto de baño no podía abrirse, el grifo del bide estaba estropeado y era imposible utilizarlo. Francamente un hotel muy anticuado que necesita una renocación o rehabilitación inminente para ponerse a la altura de otros hoteles de la misma categoría. |

Normális, visszafogott környezet, jó közlekedési kapcsolatokkal, segítőkész személyzettel Kissé szűkös méretű egyágyas szoba, Tv programok szűkös választéka, alig volt angol nyelvű.... wifi megbízhatatlan és lassú, nincs wc kefe.... |

Cuando reserve el hotel vi que habia aire acondicionado, esa fue una de las razones de mi reserva, pero cuando llegue solo habia calefaccion no aire, deberian aclarar eso bien porque sufri mucho el calor |
