Fantastic modern room, lots of space and a huge bed. Very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle bus to city centre. Located in a desolate logistical park miles from anywhere. No cafeteria open and nowhere to get anything to eat to drink if you arrive late. Fine if you arrive late and just want a stopover near the airport. |

The hotel room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, the services included in the price very good, the buffet breakfsat variety was good, and the location next to the exhibition center, shopping centers, and the airport very convenient. If the visitor requires a taxi has to be booked in advance as there is no taxi stop nearby or public transport. It was not my case as I had a car, however other visitors might want to take it into consideration |

Muy buenas instalaciones, nuevo, habitación muy grande, muy confortable para trabajo. Desayuno buffet muy bien. Silencioso. Tiene parking cubierto pero el día que estuvimos no se podía utilizar, delante del mismo hotel también hay lugar para aparcar. Ese día nevó. |

La amplitud de las habitaciones , el desayuno y, la relación calidad-precio. Quizás, para ser un cuatro estrellas tan nuevo, no parecía estar tan "cuidado", si bien no podría decirse que estaba sucio. |

O hotel é muito bom. Tem uma excelente decoração. LCD no quarto, WC muito boa. WIFI gratis. Recomendo. Localização é o único defeito deste hotel. |

pregevole pulizia, spazi abbondanti ed ambienti molto curati, confort camera eccellente, qualità della ristorazione, complimenti! difficile da trovare perchè mancano le indicazioni stradali sul posto; è fuori città |

Hotel-Design , Messenähe, Zimmer sind recht groß, Badewanne und Dusche stehen zur Verfügung. Leider ja, Sauberkeit lässt mehr als zu wünschen übrig, auf dem Gang im 4 Stock waren am Boden Fusseln, Fäden, Staub, Farbreste etc. Dunkle Böden im Zimmer sind schwer zu pflegen, nur Staubfusseln, Fäden, Nagelreste im Bad von vorhergehender Gästen, Haare und Staub in den untersten Regalen des Kastens, fanden wir nicht gut. An der Rezeption könnte man freundlicher und zuvorkommender sein, ein Lächeln schadet auch nicht, ist es doch die Visitenkarte eines Hauses |

El hotel es nuevo y tiene buena relaciòn calidad precio. Está alejado de Zaragoza en un poligono nuevo mal indicado. No se habian esmerado con la limpieza de la habitación En el minibar habia una bolsa de patatas abierta...Solicite que me despertaran a una hora y todavia estoy esperando. |

Agilidad en el check in check out El trato recibido por el camarero del bar. Pedimos un Cacaolat y no tenian, luego un cortado descafeinado de sobre y no tenian al final un cortado descafeinado de máquina y la leche era completamente agria y encima nos lo cobro, cuando nos comentó un cliente que los cafés eran gratis. |

Globalement bien, mais pèche par des détails indignes d'un 4 étoiles. Chambres très grandes et très bien équipées. Le parking gratuit. Petit-déjeuner relativement varié (mais avons connu mieux dans un 4 étoiles). Menu à 13€ d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Proximité d'une grande zone commerciale. Le WIFI est gratuit mais la qualité du signal dépend de l'emplacement dans la chambre (fonctionnait très mal au bureau et bien sur le lit). Le coffre-fort était verrouillé à notre arrivée et l'est resté pendant tout le séjour malgré deux réclamation à l'accueil. Pas de chaine TV en français. Hôtel éloigné de Saragosse et situé sur une zone d'activité en cours d'aménagement. |

La chambre était propre, bonne salle de bains. Le personnel du restaurant ne parle pas un mot d'anglais, le WI-FI est d'une lenteur catastrophique, l'hotel est au milieu de nulle part, aucun commerce, aucun restaurant accessible à pieds, repas à l'hotel dans des quantités ridicules, le hall empeste la fumée de cigarette... première et dernière fois pour moi dans cet hotel, indigne d'un 4 étoiles ! |

Muy bien. Un hotel nuevo, muy confortable, decoración muy agradable, con todas las comodidades. Sin ruido alguno. Por 55 € que pagamos una relacion calidad/precio excelente. Personal agradable y atento. |

Sus detalles que tienen,lo nuevo que esta todo la limpieza la amabilidad de la gente y sobretodo la tranquilidad Su tranquilidad insonorizacion su comodidad y la amplitud de las habitaciones las vistas no son panoramicas pero lo que importa es el contenido de la habitacion,grande baño grande todo nuevo y su limpieza |
