staff at reception on every occasion were more interested in having a chat with each other than dealing with you, even when trying to check out the three staff did not acknowledge i was there for over 5 minutes while they finished there chat.

Nice homely rooms with excellent extra touches such as slippers and dishwashing materials. Close to a good supermarket. Good basic kitchen. Very effective air conditioning. Good locations for main points of interest. Good parking.

We had a big appartement with 2 bedrooms and it is nice to have a seperate livingroom.

we received the most quiet room, but still you could hear some streetnoice. Not too bad and I quess that is what you get in the centre of the city

The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the city on foot and it is easy to find when arriving from the airport by bus (bus stop only a few hundred metres away). The room was very clean and was actually a small apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, ...)and a cosy living room.

in spite of shutters, you could still hear some traffic noise from the street at night . The bed might be a bit short for taller people

su ubicación..están situados en plano centro de Zaragoza, pudiendo acceder a todos los sitios de interés caminando.

estaba todo correcto..lo único que mejoraría es que pedimos un aprtamento para cuatro ocn dos cuartos de baño, y uno de ellos era muy pequeño, pero en perfecto estado de limpieza eso si.

Appartamenti molto spaziosi, ottimamente accessoriati, graziosa area wellness-relax anche se un pò piccola. Pulito, staff cordiale, buona posizione sia per shopping che per visita città in quanto praticamente centrale.

le stanze non sono isonorizzate; si sentono i rumori dalle stanze adiacenti, dal corridoio e addiruttura dell'ascensore

Hotelli ja huoneemme oli erittäin siisti ja pidettiin siistinä koko vierailumme ajan. Huoneeseemme kuului pyykinpesu ja astianpesukone, sekä ajanmukaiset + hyväkuntoiset ruuanlaittovälineet. Huoneemme oli myös rauhallinen. Alhaalla oli kuntosali ja pieni uima-allas, joissa saattoi urheilla ja vilvoitella. Uima-altaalle paistoi onneksi muutaman tunnin ajan aurinko, jotta siellä saattoi myös palvoa aurinkoa.

Kävimme yhtenä aamuna aamiaisella hotellissa ja se oli mielestämme aivan liian ylihinnoiteltu ja jokseenkin epäselkeästi järjestetty. Esim. oli epäselvää mitä kaikkea buffet-aamiaiseen kuuluu, kahvia ei saanut itse annostella ja leivänpäällisiä oli erittäin huonosti tarjolla - mm. juustot olivat todella huonon näköisiä, käpristyneitä ja todella kauan lämpimässä seisoneen oloisia.

Das Hotel ist zweifellos super für Familen die einige Tage Zaragoza besichtigen möchten. Es liegt direkt an den sehendwürdigen Orten.
