The location was perfect. It is walking distance to excellent restaurants and historic buildings. The hotel offers a basic room. There wasn't even a clock in the room. There are no additional services such as coffee, room service. |

The woman who greeted us was kind and helpful. We were pleased with the location and its proximity to the place where our daughter was staying. Our bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain. We mentioned the problem, but it remained that way during our stay. |

It was in a very good location near the old town, their restaurant across the road was good The air conditioning was very noisy and too cold and couldnt adjust it , the bed wasnt very comfortable, the bathroom was too small, the jazuzzi was nice on top floor but it wasnt working properly. They charged us 260 Euro for Sat nite and 180.00 Euro for Sun night and the other 6 nights after were 69.00 Euro per night, 69.00 was good but 260 and 180 Euro for the weekend before were not. |

There is a jacuzzi on the roof which was great for relaxing after exploring Valencia all day. It is in a good location, literally just a 2-3 minute walk from the bars and restaurants, and opposite the old riverbed, which is now an area of park and leisure facilitites (lovely for an evening walk), and there is easy access to the rest of the city. In addition the rooms were very clean and also very quiet due to soundproofing, which made them seem very private and personal. Breakfast was around £12 per person for a continental breakfast, so everything was cold, except toast, and there was not a very large selection, although there was a juicer for fresh orange juice which was nice. |

The Location is perfect. Staff were lovely. A really nice hotel. Small and more personable than most of the other larger hotels in the city. I will definately stay here again when I return. |

friendly staff and room facilities good, however, we had twin beds although we booked a double. The hotel was perfect for sightseeing and next to the beautiful old town. I would definitely go again! twin beds! |

I thought the room was very small for the price and we were extremely dissapointed that the jacuzzi and gym were not operational as this was the only reason I booked this hotel. We did ask when the jacuzzi was likely to be operational but the receptionist could not tell us. |

Very pleasant hotel and efficient and friendly staff. Very convenient to the old city. Room 501,the first one allocated to me. Intermittnet throb of hotel service machinery next to the room. Staff helpfully changed the room. |

It is 5 minutes walk to IVAM -where I was installing an exhibition- and 3 minutes to the old city, the location is very good. The room was spacy, stylish and comfortable. breakfast as room service would be great |
