Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 40,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

Great location, friendly helpful staff.. We had room overlookng the Ceramics Museum. ( We had requested this) Wonderful city to explore and SH Ingles is in the middle of it all. It would be nice to have tea,coffee making facilities in the room and some english speaking TV channels. |

its location was ideal for the train station and centre attractions. The TV facility did not offer English channels for international visitors. An iron would be useful for business travellers and when supplied an ironing board would also be helpful. |

The location couldn't have been better. Spacious room and bathroom. We didn't eat breakfast there because we thought 11 Euros was too expensive. There was a very strong air freshener used in the lobby and corridors (perhaps to disguise drain odours) which was almost nauseating. |

its location is ideal, near the old city center, in a beautiful building, nice surrounding, rooms are clean and spacious noisy in the sense that you could hear the neighbours too much, the room was very dark as it looked to the backyard and not the streetfront, the corridors smelled badly; |

The most positive thing is absolutely the hotel's location: right in the center, next to the Palacio del Marques de Dos Aguas and nearby the Plaza de la Reina and Plaza de la Virgin. Other positive things are the spacious room and the helpfull staff. The main shower was broken, but immediately fixed after complaining. |

It is luxurious, innovative and very convenient for the main highlights of the city. Was impressed by the roof top terrace and the general level of service and thought that has clearly gone in to the design of the hotel. |

City centre, close to loads of restaurants, bars, and key city centre attractions. 400M Colon Metro station, direct from airport very easy access from airport for 1.9Euros each. Had view across the small square to the ceramic museum, rooms at the back would have less of a view. Buffet breakfast was reasonable (don't expect bacon/scambled egg to resemble British style though), pastries,ham,melon,coffee etc replenished through the morning. We were there during the week so maybe previous reviews about breakfast were from customers at busier times E.G. weekends. Very pleasant and helpful staff, all reception spoke good English if we got stuck on Spanish. Overall good to excellent for reasonable price we thought. Quiet hotel. Air-con was good. |

Perfect location in the city center just a few steps from the main square. Nice hotel in an old building, perfectly renowated, clean, were friendly staff 12 Euro for a breakfast is rather too much, so we were having breakfast in different cafes close to the hotel (in plaza de la reina or del patriarca) for 4-5 Euro with a nice view |
