Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 26,75 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

The check in process was quick and the clerk spoke good English. It is within walking distance of Sagrada Familia, the Metro and has several places to eat close by. There is an OpenCor supermaket on the corner and the daily rate is a good value. The clerk was also helpful with maps and information on how to get around, including information about the Hop On Hop Off Tourist Bus. It may not always be possible to get an early check in because the property is small and an apartment may not be available. Even though I had requested an early check in, I had to wait a couple of hours before I could get into the apartment. |

I have stayed here three times now, each time in a different apartment. What I like is the comfort of having your own apartment, to be able to unwind and cook a meal (or order one in) if not wanting to go out after a tiring day and then to have everything cleaned for you. |

The rooms are so well furnished. Every convineince is provided. And the cleanliness is a deal The sitting room is a model for self service appartments. The modernity of the facilities is its strongest point. Yes. (1) No International TV Channels. You must speak spanish before you can enjoy TV. (2) The rooms are not warm enough. |

The apartment was great value and in a good location. Close to everything and a number of nearby supermarkets and food outlets. The place to stay in Barcelona. The quality of the utensils needs to be upgraded. A tea towel and sponge would have been handy for an extended stay, rather than having to obtain your own for what should be provided. Beds were a little too firm. |

we thought the apartment was excellent value and a great location - you really do look straight out over the sagradia familia! the apartment was clean and spacious and we were very impressed! no kettle!! so we boiled a pan of water instead!! |

room was big and looked good we tarveled as a group of 5 lads, there were things brocken in the room and were 'dodgy' when we got there and they said we did it when we left...ie a loose window fell out when it got closed.....they saw a bunch of lads and thought we can blame them!! but was a nice apparment. |

This hotel is in a great location. It is very clean and works out great if you are traveling with family. A 5-10 minutes bus ride will take you to the beach. It is 1 minute of walking to the most beautiful church (Sagrada Familia). There is no internet access in this hotel and they need to work on their hot water system. We had cold water on the last day of our stay and we could not take shower. |

Marina apartments are located 150 meters from Gaudi’s masterpiece, Sagrada Familia, were 2 metro lines are crossed. We had a partial view of church’s towers from our balcony. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets in the neighbourhood. The complex has 20 apartments, a reception area and a private parking. There is not a restaurant or any other public rooms in the building. Our apartment was marvelous and very clean. It has a big sunny living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom, two bedrooms and two balconies. The air-conditioning system covers the whole apartment and it was controlled by us. |

Me and my wife stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. Wonderful location - only 3 minute walk from Sagrada Familia, 7 minute walk from the local market where one can buy nice jamon, vegetables, bread, cheese etc. Besides the market there are stores around if you decide to buy some groceries or bulangerie if you want to start your day with fresh bread, cake or/and a cup of coffee. If you need an Internet cafe, it's also around the corner. Friendly (and English-speaking) personnel: a person on reception gave us map and like 15-minute tour on what to see in Barcelona and the advice was better than the guide book we had with us :) Great apartment, well-furnished and has almost everything you need to spend wonderful time in a wonderful city! 1. Rooms facing the street seem to be a little noisy, but not terribly. However, if you have choice, try to get one facing inner courtyard. It was not terrible for us though: after walking trips around Montserrat and Figueras we were sleeping like babies :). 2. There is no kettle in the kitchen and soap bar in the bathroom. But hey, for the price, service and location it's not an issue at all. Shampoo was offered though. So, the first problem was solved by boiling water in the cups in microwave and the latter - by spending a euro in a nearest store. Hairdryer was present, but if you had a better one, you'd rather take it, however, you can get buy with one in the apartment too. |

Very clean with great hot water, dishwasher and oven in the kitchen, and strong hair dryer. Excellent heating/cooling is based on air vents rather than on separate units. Shutters totally block out light. There is daily cleaning service where they operate the dishwasher and change the towels and 24(?) hour desk staff who speak English (most of them very well). Only 2 blocks from subway stop. Have to pay for internet. Absence of dish soap and dish towels. No bowls. Somewhat sterile feel to the apartment; tacky photographs on the walls don't help this. Together with MSNBC business channel being the only English channel, feels oriented to business traveller. But in the scheme of things, all minor issues. |

The reception staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay.The suites are really conveniemntly situated, and we had a view of La Sagrada Familia from our balcony. The decor is very minimalist but entirely functional and also quite spacious.There is a food store next door and lots of shops plus a metro stop. We were really pleased with it. |

Perfect, great location, great staff, great rooms.we arrived earlier than 2 p.m. and the reception is very kind and give us another clean room. the suites are very clean and comfortable, and with balcony and bathroom and kitchen, you can see Sagra Familia on the balcony. |

The whole apartment hotel was basically new, we were told it was 2 years old. The layout kept noise to a minimum. Super close to Sagrada Familia and metro station, lots of markets in the area. |

The hotel is well situated, just 100 meters to Sagrada Familia, metro station, restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment was really big - almost 70m2 and consists of 2 bedroom, bathroom, living room with a large balkony, and well equiped kitchen. There is really very good option for family. |

It was very near to the Sagrada Familia metro stop and Cathederal. Person at the check-in speaks good English and are always helpful. The apartment is cleaned everyday. It is wonderful to come back to a neat and clean place every evening. The size of the apartment is just right. Absolutely very good value for money. There's a supermarket where you can get food and other stuff, just around the corner. The small hall before going into the apartment is dark, you have to grope around to find the switch for the light. But this is just a very minor thing. The hall is lighted up once you find the switch. |

This site is very conveniently located by the Sagrada Familia Metro Stop, around the corner from several grocery stores and restaurants, and makes a great base for those willing to use the metro to explore Barcelona. The staff were very helpful about area conveniences. |
