η άριστη και φιλική εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού. Η λιτή και μοντέρνα διακόσμηση του δωματίου. Η καθαριότητα σε όλους τους χώρους του. Θα ήθελα να βελτίωνε το χώρο της εισόδου και της υποδοχής. Να υπάρχει προθάλαμος στην είσοδο γιατί το άνοιγμα και κλείσιμο της πόρτας εισόδου δημιουργεί ρεύμα κρύου αέρα. Θα ήθελα να απομονωθεί ο χώρος του φαγητού γιατί είναι πολύ κοντά στη ρεσεπσιόν και ενοχλούνται όσοι παίρονουν πρωϊνό. Θα ήθελα στην υποδοχή να υπάρχει ένα καθιστικό ούτως ώστε να μπορεί να καθίσει κανείς όσο περιμένει. Γενικά να μεγαλώσει ο χώρος του ισογείου. |

Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό που μασ άλλαξε δωμάτιο όταν το ζητήσαμε λόγω πολύ ενοχλητικών γειτόνων που έκαναν θόρυβο. Επίσησ διαθέτει δωρεάν νερά και Internet. Την ηχομόνωση του. |

Η καθαριότητά του καθώς και η τοποθεσία του. Είναι σε ιδανικό σημείο με άμεση πρόσβαση στα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς καθώς και σε αρκετά αξιοθέατα. Επίσης πάρα πολύ κοντά στο hot spot της πόλης την Las Ramblas. Ακόμα το προσωπικό στην reception ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Σίγουρα καλύτερα αγγλικά καθώς και μιά καλύτερη ενημέρωση για τα αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Η πληροφορίες καμμιά φορά ήταν διχασμένες αλά και λάθος (π.χ. από που περνάει το λεωφορείο για το αεροδρόμιο (άλλη απάντηση μου έδωσε ο βραδινός υπάλληλος της reception και άλλη η πρωινή!!). |

Τα απεριόριστα μπουκάλια νερού και ο δωρεάν καφές μετά τις 3:ΟΟ. Η θέση του είναι η καλύτερη, κοντά στις συγκοινωνίες και ακριβώς στο κέντρο, χωρίς όμως ιδιαίτερη φασαρία. Επίσης το design του είναι πολύ καλό, χωρίς υπερβολές. Η τιμή σε σχέση με άλλα ξενοδοχεία ήταν πολύ καλή και οι υπάλληλοι εξυπηρετικότατοι. Μιλούσαν αγγλικα, σου πρότειναν μέρη για φαγητό και όλα αυτά με χαμόγελο. οι κάρτες απομαγνητίζονταν συχνά. Το (δωρεάν) τζακούζι στην ταράτσα μάλλον θα έπρεπε να είχε τζαμαρία, διότι Δεκέμβριο μήνα δεν μπορέσαμε να το εκμεταλλευτούμε. Επίσης μπορούσες να ακούσεις τις συζητήσεις στο διπλανό δωμάτιο, καθώς υπάρχει εσωτερική πόρτα και οι τοίχοι είναι πολύ λεπτοί. |

very clean, beatifull, good bath, best location near to la rambla but quiet, big big balconi!!! nice breakfast the night we arrived they told me that my room is unavailable because someone is sick and cannot leave the hotel, they sent me to another hotel of the same owner for one night and than i came back, it wasn't comfortable because we arrived at 24:00 and after a long flight. |

The staff was very nice and helpful , they gave me a quiet room as I pre requested. The room was good , The wi-fi in the room was good. And also there was an internet desktop with printer in the Loby which was helpfull. Free water and coffee. Not much except that the breakfast didnt have hot dishes like eggs , also for my personal taste the matress wasnt stiff enough , but I got use to it. |

The location of the hotel is perfect to explore the city center. Very close to pl.Catalunia and La Rambla str. The furnishing of the rooms is modern and plesant. The wi-fi did not work at all or low signal, but network cales were available |

I like the fact that the hotel was located just next to the Ramblas , no long walks to make if you are shopping addicted . On the other hand the fact that the hotel is just next to la Ramblas is also a disadvantage in the sense that nights are extremely noisy and it is difficult to sleep good without hear plugs. |

Very clean, quiet, excellent location and staff. Shower temperature varied constantly and widely in the two rooms occupied by our party. Beds and pillows rather hard. Is it wrong to expect coffee/tea making facilities in a hotel room at this price? They were available in the lobby, and free some parts of the day, but it would have been nice to have them in the rooms. |

The hotel is in perfect location, everything is new and very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. We got a room without external window (only a window facing a small internal patio - almost no natural light at all). Try to ask for a room with a window facing outside |
