Καλη εξυπηρετηση, αρκετα κοντα σε μετρό, μικρό προβλημα τα έργα στους γύρω δρόμους. Θα ηταν προτιμοτερο να υπηρχε εξυπηρετηση δωματιου και τις πρωινες ωρες. |

The hotel was well situated, cafes and shops just around the corner, easy to get to the metro and to the beach. The rooms were very clean, great value for money! The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were quiet( no traffic ) |

It was very nice for a Spanish 4 star hotel, nice room and good location. The staff wasnt really helpfull nor too pleasant they seemed to be unhappy by working in a hotel/service sector. None the less i cannot say that they were rude, just very limited in terms of helping. |

Comfortable modern hotel. Nice local area and easy access to beach, and to downtown via Metro Beds on wheels. Why do they do this in Spain? When you sit up and lean back, you start travelling across the room. Also quality of bed could be better for a four star hotel. |

Very cool Hotel !! Hotel was new, very modern looking, with free wi-fi and friendly staff. The area were the hotel was located. It was a bit isolated and scary sometimes at night. If you are going to arrive by metro at night, it feels safer to arrive to the Hotel through the Llacuna street rather than through the Ramon Turro street. However nothing happened to us and we walked many times fairly late at night. Lots of hotels are buying land in this area and lots of constructions are happening, so apparently is a matter of time before all is perfect! |

Chamber maid was lovely and cleaned room really well. Internet worked well and you could print. Good at getting taxi Staff could be improved on frnt desk...1st night checked in they were talking about payment for room, little if any smiles from all staff, restaurant staff not good at serving for a 4 * I would say very poor .....they need better training, it is not staff fault they wetre pleasant Hotel ought to introduce some quick good training schemes. |

Very clean, well appointed and spacious rooms with efficient air conditioning. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and provided useful guide booklets for tourist attractions in Barcelona. Good breakfasts. Hotel has convenient location since it is close to the metro (7 minute walk) and the beach (10 minute walk). We will be delighted to use this hotel again. |

Ease of access by Metro to most locations, room quite spacious, breakfast various and plentifull. In walking range to sea front, beach. Use of lift based on the same card to access your room, Internet in room not available, TV channels=waste of time. Front desk personnel can do with a bit more effort towards guest friendly attitude. At the moment, and probably for a few more months there's a construction site on the streets in vicinity, although not very noisy but confusing for taxi drivers not familiar with this neighbourhood. |

The lady on reception was friendly and when I asked for a room with a view, or higher up in the hotel, she checked availability and moved us up to a higher floor. The fact that she was willing to look and to change our room, and the way she did it would mean that I would definately consider staying at this hotel again. She was also very informative on the local area which was helpful. The house red and white wine was poor quality and expensive for what it was. |

Slick hotel that we enjoyed. The staff are excellent. Rooms are good, clean and spacy. Close to beach and to the Metro. One bad thing is that the constuct that is going on their at the moment plays havoc with your GPS. The car parking is O'Connell St. Sat the GPS for that street or else you'll take 45 minutes longer, like we did. |

I liked the hotel very much, brand new, and looks very nice. It takes you 5 minutes to walk to the beach, and 20 minutes to walk to port olympic. My largest disappointment was that there was no balcony! and no view from the hotel. I could not find any information that there was or wasn't a balcony, so i just assumed there was, but no. So don't plan on spend alot of time in the hotel if you go there. There is a pool on the roof, which is nice, but it is very small, and not room for many people up there. But overall i got a good value for my money, since my goal was a beach-vacation. Very clean, and nice looking hotell, smiling and helpful staff. The only reason I would not go there again, is that it has no balcony, unless you pay for a suite |

Very nice breakfast! Staff at their toes all the time and very helpful. Just off the busy noisy city centre, quiet with little traffic and next to nice street with lots of good restaurants and some shopping. Just three blocks from the beach. A perfect combo of big city and beach. Quick access with the subway to all of the city. Would like to have separate bed sheets in the double bed, staff fixed that upon request. |
