το μεγαλο και καθαρο δωματιο και η θεα που αυτό ειχε στη θαλασσα. η τοποθεσια επίσης είναι πολυ βολικη

το service του. Το minibar του ήταν ακριβο αλλά αυτό το περιμενεις σε ένα 5αστερο ξενοδοχειο. Κατλα την είσοδό μας στο δωματιο είδαμε πάνω σε ένα ράφι ένα μικρο μπουκαλάκι κρασί και δυο ποτήρια. Το θεωρήσαμε welcome drink. Το επόμενο πρωί με ειπληξη διαπιστώσαμε ότι το είχαν χρεώσει 11 ευρώ σαν μέρος του Minibar. διαμαρτυρηθήκαμε αλλα εις μάτην!!! Απαράδεκτο

It was just a pleasant relaxing stay with good staff and facilities.

I'm a pianist and I wanted to play something on the piano in the piano-bar, and the staff told me it was forbidden. Since I've been playing piano for 40 years, I don't think I whould have hurt the grand piano.

Staff were Friendly, Big Rooms, Nice Decoration.

Breakfast was over priced.

the airconditioning in our junior suite was not working we were sweating all through the night for two days and when we complained we were told to open the windows for breeze to come inside i have never seen this kind of thing in a five star hotel what a shame

Very easy access from the airport by taxi and a very central position at the foot of Ramblas. the city tours passed just outside

staff was very helpful. after checking in we found out that hot water was flowing poorly in the bathroom. a technician came immediatley and after he couldn't resolve the problem we were moved to a beautiful suite. the concierge helped us a lot in booking great tapas places and restaurants for our dinners. the location of this hotel is excellent, both for touring the city and for relaxation as well.

The hotel was luxurious and very modern. The room we had was a great size and the view from the window was lovely overlooking Barcelona. Breakfast and room service was also very good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower could have been hotter the temperature varied whilst in the shower. Also the pressure was not that strong. I would also mention that the cost of drinks in the hotel Bar was very high, compared to other 5 star hotels I have stayed in.

Next to the World Trade Center and the hotel is better suited for business clients.

Very pleasant front desk staff, upon checking in. Well-appointed bathroom. Room, although on the small side for a 5-star hotel, had an excellent view over the port and city. It is very well-situated.... La Rambla is about a five minute stroll from the door.

There was very little literature in the room with regard to the hotel's facilities. There was one booklet listing the fact that there was a gym and restaurants, but nothing more extensive than a list. I knew prior to booking that pool and spa facilites existed, but it would have been helpful to have information regarding hours of opening etc.
