I liked the location, being near the Metro and easy access to shopping.

It was kind of noisy in my room - it was near the elevator and the area that the housekeeping staff congregated in. Also, trying to get a drink in the hotel bar was difficult as the bartender kept disappearing.

Hotel staff was very helpful.The breakfast was excellent.Location is pretty good-near the main square Catalunya where all bus tours, aeroport shuttles, metro stations are going from.

The first night we`ve recieved the room which size was unapplicable.It was like dog` s house. Small even for 1 person We even don`t have space to place our luggage.We complaained about this to the staff and next time (in a week we stayed again in the same hotel) we got a very large and convinient room 807.

Rooms were clean.

Checkin was slow. Had booked a romantic break which was advertised as buffet/meal in afternoon. We got a glass of sparkling wine and there was a bowl of peanuts sitting. Plug in room was faulty. We had to order 2 extra pillows at reception twice. Handle broken on patio door and in particular i has asked for a large room when i booked the accommadation ane disappointed with what we got.

The Hotel was bright and the room was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect, right in the centre of Barcelona, and we had a balcony. We availed of the package that included breakfast and dinner and were delighted we did so. Both meals were excellent excellent.

It would not be possible to find fault with this hotel and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

Location

Very clean and well maintained rooms. Room was good size and of modern decor. liked the offer of champagne on arrival and the complimentary fruit platter and water was a nice touch. Very central location and easy to find from airport bus drop off point.

My room was facing road and very noisy.Also had to deal with sound and vibration of metro running under building until about 1am each morning.

The room was nice and especially the location of the hotel.

The room was not cleaned properly.

The friendlyness of the staff and the professionalism of them as well. Also the short distance to Las Ramla.

The reception staff were so helpful. The food was excellent (the breakfast buffet is amazing). Free wi-fi throughout and gorgeous rooms make this our favourite hotel during our Europe trip.

rooms is very very small.. not a 4 star hotel room

Very nice hotel but the room had problem with the airconditioning (room 1.10 had very poor air-conditioning unit and we were having much heat). We had notified the hotel staff and we were ensured that this would have been fixed but all four days that we stayed in, we did not see any diffference. It was a very hot room and we found it unbearable to sleep. I think that for a four star hotel this was not something unacceptable.
