Location is excellent, within 5mins walk from the subway station. Accessible to city centre & places of interest. Staff is very helpful. |

The area the hotel is situated in is not nice at all and the bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. The bed is always the most important item in any hotel room especially when on vacation and you are tired and need a good night´s rest. The room had a nice shower and that was about it. |

Convenient location within easy walk of La Rambla and the Port. Clean comfortable rooms at a good value price, what else do you ned for a weekend break? We were warned about pickpockets by the hotel staff but, luckily we didn't have any problems at all. Nothing |

The staff was veryy friendly and helpfull The possibility for breakfast at the desk they didn't tell uw about the samll breakfast. We had to read this in the elevator. |

Very good situation near "Las Ramblas" and the port for shopping, restaurants. The bathroom although partly refurbised the walls and floors had not been done. Paper coming off the walls and ceiling needed painting. |

The hotel was in the middle of everywhere, we were able to walk to the la Ramblas quickly, 5 min or less. Would stay again maybe for longer. |

Very friendly staff and always willing to help, close to main part of Barcelona. I would use this hotel again definately. On the whole, it was very good value for money. Checked in on Thursday and left on Sunday - towels not changed once - however, had we requested a change of towels, I feel the hotel would have been more than co-operative. Bed were, however, made daily. Good choice for breakfast, however the hot choice was never hot, even on last day when we were first down for breakfast. Crisps left on table in room daily, which we thought were a gesture but, you were charged two euros per packet for these - most expensive crisps I've ever tasted. Twin bedded room, one bed only had a blanket. |

We weren't told that we need to put the room key in the assigned slot in order to activate light switch in the room. We were struggling in the dark hall way from a long flight and with a bunch of luggage. |

The location of the hotel was very good for a city break. We were within easy reach of many of the main attractions. A slightly bigger wardrobe would have been handy. |

I booked this hotel because it is very close to the port and I would go to a cruise. Even this was the only reason we choose this hotel, we enjoyed it. |

Excellent location for the port and Las Ramblas. Good room with toiletries provided and a fridge but no tea and coffe making facilities. Smooth check in and out. Very easy to find. Good value for money. |

found the staff very helpful they gave us information on how to get to places of interest in Barcelona and suggested places to eat. They allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel for a few hours when we returned from our cruise so we could sightsee until it was time to go the the airport. |

i liked that i was only staying one night, it was enough. the room was a disgrace, damp and mould in the bathroom coming from a leak up stairs room. too small to move in and the view was terible, not a nice place at all. |

The staff was helpful and our rooms was clean and comfortable. The hotel is near the port and the beach. In the bathroom we couldn't set the temperature of the shower water. The water was cold and hot alternately. |

good location, nice and modern inside. Little bit noisy, but nothing you can't cure with earplugs! Showers a little odd - goinign hot and cold. But all pretty good value all things considered! |

the location of hotel, close to all area's, and was not disturbed nice a quiet at back of Hotel whilst the location is great, the undesirables in the road round corner from Hotel were unnerving at times, glad was in a group of people |

it was located very near la ramblas, staff were friendly and helpfull, rooms were cleaned every day. its very easy to get to know your way around from this hotel, great for a trip when you want to be out and about doing activities i think the cost of the hotel was purely for its location, everything like breakfast and water in the mini bar was added to the bill as extra (water 2.50 a small bottle!). there were no tea/coffee making facilities and the wifi was poor at the top floor,. also don't expect fantastic views from its balcony |
