εξυπηρετικο προσωπικο,ωραια υποδοχη,ωραιο ντιζαιν στους κοινοχρηστους χωρους,ωραια ντουζιερα,κεντρικη τοποθεσια.

ζητησαμε διπλο κρεβατι κ ηταν 2 μονα με χαλια στρωματα,η μυρωδια του καθαριστικου ηταν παρα πολυ εντονη με αποτελεσμα να ειχε ολη την ωρα μια μυρωδια μεταξυ σαπουνι-ξυδιου το ξενοδοχειο,κ δεν ειχε καθολου καλη ηχομονωση στα παραθυρα.

Είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο για ψώνια, διασκέδαση και πολύ κοντά σε σταθμούς μετρό για τα αξιοθέατα

το δωματιο ηταν καθαρο,το προσωπικο πολυ εξυπηρετικο και οι παροχες του(free internet,νερο και καφε οποτε ηθελες,πρωινο) ηταν πολυ καλα.μειναμε πολυ ευχαριστημενοι εγω και η γυναικα μου.

The friendly and helpfull staff, safe environment as two females travelling alone. Made to feel important.

There was no milk available for coffee and no selection of fruit as promised.

We loved the location. We walked everywhere from there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Buffett breakfast was very good. We would recommend this hotel. We really appreciated having access to the internet, As I write this email we are in the hotel again at the end of our cruise.

I would prefer to have a wash cloth in my room. I found hand towels in the public restrooms that were very good for that so we used those.

Central location meant you could get to any part of the city. Male receptionists were friendly, helpful and courteous throughout. A funky interior, kept very clean. Good breakfast.

Female receptionists were rude, unhelpful, inattentive and argumentative. The hotel was very open plan, no floor coverings which meant it was noisy all the time. Barking dogs from houses at the back woke us most mornings. We kept having to ask for the free water and fruit to be topped up everyday.

The hotel is excellent for what we were looking for in BCN. Close to Ramplas, Barceloneta & Gotico. The staff was very helpful and ready to help us in any case. The complementary coffee, tea, water & fruits for all the guests were more than welcome and you can understand that the hotel respects the price you are paying (in our case 85E no brkfst) for the room. The position was for my opinion very good because we had 2 metro stations in a 2-4 minutes walking distance and we were also close to Bar. Gotico where we spend a lot of time strolling among the narrow streets. Also the free Internet (through the 2 PC's and 1 printer at the lounge) + the wireless option, for my opinion are rises my rate for the hotel. The back yard is also a plus.

A full body mirror in the room would be good.

The hotel is very tastefully decorated & the rooms are comfortable & clean, the street outside is busy but we had a room at the back of the hotel which was very quiet at night, the staff are very helpful & I would recommend this hotel to people looking for a central location.

For the price, I would have thought that it should have included breakfast. as it wasn't the cheapest hotel.

A delighful hotel: interesting, attractive decor, excellent location, friendly, efficient staff. The facilities offered are very practical and thoughtful: nice touches like free tea/coffee/mineral water and fruit available 24h a day, computers with free internet access, pleasant lounge and terrace. Exactly what you need on a city break, no more, no less. Highly recommended and excellent value for money.

Everything was great, no complaints at all

The hotel was exellent: great modern design, the rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpfull. Good location, very near La Rambla.

The street, where the hotel is situated, is a bit noisy, especially at night.

Great value quality and price. It is very well situated almost next to La Rambla. Public parking only 200 metres away.
