Η σχεδιαση του ξενοδοχειου, οι φωτογραφιες στο booking ειναι αντιπροσωπευτικες. Η θεα απο το δωματιο,(ζητηστε δωματιο με μπαλκονι, ειναι στους τελευταιους οροφους και δε χρεωνεται εξτρα) Η εξυπηρετηση του προσωπικου στην υποδοχη, (μας βοηθησαν σε καθε περιηγηση στη πολη). Η καθαριοτητα, καθε μερα σιγυριζαν το δωματιο. Οι στασεις του μετρο, των λεωφορειων και των νυχτερινων καθως κι η πιατσα των ταξι ειναι διπλα, σε αποσταση 5' με τα ποδια.

Το ξενοδοχειο ειναι χτισμενο σε μια μεταβιομηχανικη περιοχη που τωρα αναπτυσεται (κατι σαν το fix στην θεσσαλονικη) σχετικα υποβαθμισμενη, χωρις αυτο να δημιουργει καποιο προβλημα.

Pleasant and helpful staff, all areas were very clean. The price of drink in the bar was very reasonable When we arrived back to the hotel after seeing some of the sights I was pleasantly surprised as a member of staff called to my room with a bottle of wine for my birthday- they only way they would have know this, would have been from viewing my passport We ate that night in the hotel and the food was delicious, we were very impressed.

Area quite derelict, surrounded by garages and closed buildings. Short walk to metro, but I personally did not feel it was safe to walk about in the evening by myself (solo female business traveller). Extra charge for safe and no kettle in room.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Bogatell metro station, which means that if you are into clubbing, there are plenty around. Razzmatazz is just around the corner. Still, the area is very dead during daytime and looks somewhat rundown, but the city center is easily accessible.

For a 4-star hotel the rooms were very basic and small and I assume for the same price one can easily find something more personal in a more central location if one so desires.

This hotel was stunning. The room I satyed in was a little bit small but there was only two of us so we had plenty of space. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. The hotel was not very central but I was able to walk to the beach and be there within 10 minutes. it was excellent value for money

location, price and comfort of the hotel are very good.

The hotel is relatively close to the centre, the staff is excellent and rooms are nice and clean.

They were supposed to have wireless internet in all rooms, but this was not the case. We believed that it was the case only in our room, but when we changed it, there was no signal in the other one either.

The location was great (though a little dodgy late at night), the beds were very comfortable and the soundproofing in the room from the noise of the street was good.

As mentioned, sometimes a little dodgy coming back to the hotel at midnight, but that's true of any busy city at that time. Also, the bathrooms looked very cool, but in practice, the open shower meant that the bathroom flooded every time it was used. Impractical.

The hotel's got a unique interior. Located in a quiet place and is relatively close to town's centre, within an easy access to tube stations and bus stops.

Rooms could be improved in terms of acoustic insulation. Poor selection of TV programmes.
