Nice room, equiped with LCD TV, confortable beds and a confortable armchair. For smokers traveling with a small child, the arrangement like non smoking room equiped with balcony is a nice arrangement. The breakfast was rich enough compared with other hotels in Barcelona. The minisafe from the room was not working. (low battery) The wireless internet conection was for free but in fact didn't worked during our stay there. The hotel is located near Rambla de Catalunia but far enough from La Rambla and metro station, too. Anyway, not beeing in hurry, the walk from the downtown was apreciated as a good evening exercise by me and my wife. |

The staff on reception were very helpful. They told us the best places to visit, the nicest restaurants to eat at and they let us keep our room on our last day for a small fee so we could relax on the beach until we needed to shower and get ready for our flight home in the afternoon. |

The hotel is located off the beaten track, which has its advantages if you'd like to stay away from the tourist crowd. However, the flip side is that you need a bit of a walk / taxi drive to get to the nicest places in Barcelona. We had a small room, with almost no wardrobe space and very thin walls. We could hear people's conversations and TVs in the neighbouring rooms. It was hugely disturbing. |

No problems. The staff spooke english and was very friendy. Garage for the car in the building is very convenient. The hotel is also located central with a short walk to the most popular spots. |

We all liked the hotel because it was central and had parking, although we had to pay for it, and we thought it was very comfortable for the price. Staff were very helpful too. |

Hotel very comfortable and clean - staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast very good. Hotel further from La Rambla than expected, but this was not a problem, Nothing we didn't like, but tea and coffee making facilities in room would have been nice. |

we stayed only one night -so not much impressions over this period. but we liked breakfast and the variety of chesse and meat there. I did not like that in the room for 3 people we had only one bathrobe. when I asked additional two bathrobes the gave us more towels instead, and the moment when i tried to explain that wanted bathrobes -the guy on the reception told me it is not his problem. just gave me the number of their other services. |

The hotel is centrally located in the middle of the "Eximple" district. Helpful stuff. A mid 70's building with no character. Rating as a 4 star hotel but it's similar to a 3 star. The "Metro" station is 10 minutes walk. |

The room is too small and too dark. At first, one young faculty gave me the room, the other middle age faculty just erased the room which I might stay to the other one which is small and dark and felt humid. Also the air-condition was not running that I couldn't turn on for heater that I felt cold all the time. |

Friendly staff, helpful and conversant. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. No restaurant. walls between bedrooms are extremely thin, we felt our neighbours were sitting in the same room as us. |

Hotel personal at the reception speak very good english and try their best in order to help. Very good service. The breakfast was very good and very good value for money. We were very satisfied. I can warmly recommend this hotel. |

All of the front desk clerks were extremely helpful with the hotel as well as with directions to attractions, restaurant suggestions and transportation information. It felt as if we were guests in their own home and they wanted us to feel welcome.Most of the clerks spoke excellent English which was very helpful to us. We loved the hotel, it was pretty, we were comfortable there and we absolutely loved the location. HTe problem lay in the fact that the rate we paid through this booking service was considerably higher than the rate the hotel was prepared to extend to us and we felt really ripped off. The hotel said that due to their agreement with booking. |
