The location is perfect, right on the sea, and near many restaurants, pubs, shops, and bus stop very close to the hotel, with transport to the city of Palma within a few minutes.

Where to begin. I arrived Oct.20, and although there was terrible weather for the first 2 days (certainly not the hotel's fault!) the weather was beautiful afterwards. My room was warm enough to roast a chicken in, but even thought there was a "heat/cool setting on the thermostat, only hot air came out when I put it on cool. When Iasked at the desk, I was told, "It's winter." He told me this in an air conditioned lobby, next to an air-conditioned cocktail lounge, adjacent to an air conditioned dining room. . Also, although I cannot fault the variety of food both for breakfast and dinner, I, was told it was not allowed to take your plate onto the patio. Not being able to dine overlooking the sea, for no good reason, ruined my stay.

the same people putting their towels on the sunbeds at the same time every morning. no coffee or tea making facilities in bedroom.bathroom was a bit small

The hotel is close to LaPalma as well as the airport, all less then a 15 Euro taxi ride away. Location across the street from the beach was a major plus. Restaurants in the area don't have a lot to offer, best bet is to go into LaPalma if you want a more upscale restaurant.

The hotel is located in Can Pastillas, area is a little run down. Hotel is being kept up however lacking a "4 star" rating in my book, it's more like a 3. Lounge chairs around the pool area are mostly broken. Breakfast and Lunch buffets were "ok" - nothing special. Nothing at the buffet was labeled so it was a guessing game at times what you were taking or looking at.

It is very close to the beach - 89 steps to be exact. The staff was very friendly and assistive when renting bikes or cars. The rooms were simple and clean, great views of the beach. The hotel had 2 pools which was great.

The beds were a little uncomfortable.

Car park and convenience to airport. Pool were well kept. Not too crowded in April.

el hotel para ser un 4 estrllas deja mucho que desear, y el personal del hotel no era muy atento

Närheten till stranden och en mycket trevlig utsikt över hela bukten. Dessutom är detta I den "spanska delen" av playa del Palma så du slipper överdrivet alkoholintagande människor och deras kärlek att spela hög musik på stranden på tidig för middag. Obs! Trevligt ni vill veta om min upplevelse. Kommer rekommendera er till andra och fortsätta boka resor via er. Dessutom infriade och framförde ni mina önskemål om rummets placering. Viktigt föt mig I allra högsta grad. :-))

Huoneet olivat siistit, ilmastointi toimi erittäin hyvin. Hotellin ulkotilat olivat siistit ja viihtyisät. Hotelli sijaitsee meren rannalla. Rauhallinen hotelli, sai nukkua yöt rauhassa.

Luvattiin kuntosali mutta siellä oli rikkinäiset laitteet. Sauna oli liian kallis ja poreammetta ei ollut lähimainkaan missään. Kun siitä kysyttiin, sanottiin sen olevan toisen uima-altaan luona, jossa ei sitä ollut. Ei pitäisi luvata kuntosalia ja Spa osastoa jos niitä ei ole!

Professionell geführtes Hotel, mit gutem unauffälligem Service und ordentlichem Pool. Toller Meerblick aus unserem Fenster. Sehr gute Lage. Küchenleistung wie überall im Mittelmeerraum bei solchen Häusern (4SterneKategorie ambitioniert, Ergebnis aber nur so lala) diskussionswürdig.
