We only stayed for one night and were unable to take part in the wellness facilities. We liked the spaciousness and the proximity to the airport, modern design, friendly 24 hour staff. We intend to come earlier and relax for a day before continuing our journey next time. Breakfast from 8:00 am is usual in southern Europe but for early flights it is too late. We were offered a 'picnic' breakfast which was better than nothing but the coffee was cold. Secondly the hotel is quite loud - (Hellhörig). Perhaps some form of extra insulation or doors might be introduced. |

It was nice and quiet, the beds were good and the bathroom well appointed. Staff were helpful and efficient. Yes: We were only staying that one night as we had a very early flight to catch, but we could not have any dinner as the restaurant would not open until 9 pm! That is too late when you have to get up at 3:45 am to get to the airport in time. I would guess we aren't the only ones with this problem. |

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Cleanliness was good. Facilities were good. Free wired connection for internet. Would use again if needing to be near airport. |

The environment, the closeness to the airport, nice rooms, great staff, short stay though The beds, should be one big in stead of 2 small put together, irritating if you want to jump in the bed or something like that |

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable for the price. It was very handy for buses and trains to Alicante and though Torrellano is no tourist hot spot it had a few nice bars and restaurants. Wasn't wild about the restaurant, it seemed a little overpriced for some of the dishes. The profitteroles though were very nice and my wife enjoyed her salad. 19EUR for a steak with soggy crisps was suprising. Having said that there was a group of Spaniards in, who seemed to be fairly regular guests and they had a great time and enjoyed their meals. |

Clean, modern, quiet hotel. Cafeteria is also good Being at the edge of Torellano it feels like you are staying in a ghost town from the old western movies... too sleepy! |

Going home! We booked a "bungalow" and it was not a bungalow. Accommodation on two floors, with bedrooms open plan with just a curtain separating! |

This is a very nice, modern hotel within very easy access of Alicante airport by bus or taxi. Unfortunately, we did not have time to explore its various facilities. However, the bar/cafeteria was open all day and the waiter kindly made us each a lovely salad even though officially there was no food service available at the time we were there. This is not something that we minded but it might be a consideration for other people: the bathroom facilities afforded very little privacy. There was a frosted glass door separating the toilet. The shower stall and basin had no separation from the room itself. Perhaps we missed a hidden, secret sliding door somewhere......... |

how clean and friendly all the staff was, the resturante was wonderful, food good presentation good. there is nothing that we disliked with this wonderful hotel. |

Modern clean and comfortable. Beautiful garden and terrace, v romantic! had an excellent dinner there. Friendly and helpful staff . So convenient for the airport. A brilliant and relaxing end to our holiday. Would definitely stay again. |

The hotel was clean, well presented and near to the airport. The area was reasonably quiet and there was a supermarket and local shops nearby. There is a very pleasant outdoor restaurant / patio to the rear with reasonable value basic food. It should be noted that this hotel is in a development a short distance from the airport and is therefore not in Alicante itself. Therefore it is fine for a nights stay on business or stop over following a flight but not I would suggest for a long holiday. |

Its described as a junior suite, its not, there is just a partion at the end of the bed and a couch on the other side no door and the rooms are small. Overall nice but when compared to others I have stayed at in Spain, expensive for what it is. |

Staff were pleasant and helpful and facilities where fine. Outside garden was pleasant and relaxing. For a modern building we experienced high noise levels from people in other rooms and from along the hallway from 3 am onwards. Obviously the building materials were not up to the task of sound proofing. |

Stayed for one night before a flight - very conveniently located near the airport, clean, modern design, accommodating staff. This didn't bother us, but there was no door on the bathroom, just a glass door on the toilet - some may not feel comfortable with this. |

Very good location for the airport. Beautiful rooms and the common parts were super. Breakfast. Also I thought I had paid when I made the booking- I had to pay in cash when I left - bit embarressing as they thought I was making of without paying. Got no receipt. |
