Το προσωπικο θα πρεπει να μιλαει καλυτερα αγγλικα. Επισης, θα πρεπει να γινεται κρατηση taxi απο το ξενοδοχειο για τη διαδρομη απο και προς το αεροδρομιο. Εμεις φτασαμε την νυχτα και καποιος επιτηδειος μας χρεωσε τη διαδρομη 80 € (μια κανονικη διαδρομη κοστιζει 30-35 €).

Η εξυπηρετηση του προσωπικού, η καθαριότητα και το η θέση του ξενοδοχείου.

We were given a very nice, clean room on the top floor with the added bonus of a sunny terrace. Reception was busy but well staffed and man there was very friendly, professional and helpful.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpfull. Location was great easy to walk to sites or to catch the metro.

Room was far too small with a view of only the ventilation system, air conditioning system all but useless and very few good TV station.

Very nice hotel. Staff was helpful. At check-in suggested and arranged a shuttle to the airport instead of a taxi because the shuttle cost was half of a taxi fare. Two restaurants, both very good. Great location.

Soundproofing in the rooms could be improved. We could hear voices of guests in nearby rooms. Also, our room faced a back street with a bar, so that was rather noisy when the patrons left. Also, a garbage truck came roaring through at 3 AM. To be expected, I suppose, when you're staying in the heart of a major city.
