Μου άρεσαν: η πολύ ωραία θέση του ξενοδοχείου, το ότι είχε ξύλινο πάτωμα και όχι μοκέτα, το χωριστό καθιστικό, το μαρμάρινο και πολύ καθαρό μπάνιο, το πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό, τα πολύ καθαρά σεντόνια και πετσέτες Το πρωινό ήταν εκλεκτό, αλλά θα έπρεπε ίσως να υπάρχει κάποια μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία |

The perfect location just in the middle of the most interesting sites of Madrid.Walking distance to museums,restaurants and shopping. Overheating and changing towels every day.A waste and not good for the environment! |

Excellent service and a good suite with terrace overlooking the City. polite helpful reception staff Sound proofing between the rooms is poor - it was possible to hear TV's and showers in the adjacent rooms |

Very conveniently located a few steps away from Madrid's major museums, the hotel is comfortableand well-designed. The staff is professional and courteous. The hotel could use some sound proofing for its guest rooms. I was often awakened by telephone conversations originating in the room next to, above, or below mine. |

I liked the two-level room; quiet area; ability to make the room completely dark; complementary bottle of wine (nice thought but did not consume). The elevators were not always even with the floor, some tripping at first. |

Good location. Attractice hotel. Attentive staff. Facilities inadequate for five star rating. Mattresses painfully hard. Shower head not working well and not fixed in the two days we were there. Room was hot at night and the air conditioner was not working( Opening window took care of this) |

Location was quiet and excellent The lobby was too small relative to other 5star hotels. It feels like a 4star hotel ambience except for the rooms that give you the 5star comfort. |

Madrid est une ville bruyante. Nous avions donc demandé à avoir une chambre calme, ne donnant pas sur la rue, éloignée de l'ascenseur et des bruits de bar, et le personnel a accédé à notre demande. N'ayant utilisé aucun service de l'hotel : ni bar ni repas, rien à dire. |

Zeer centrale locatie. Dakterras bij zusterhotel erg fijn. Praktisch geen faciliteiten, wel faciliteiten te gebruiken bij zusterhotel op 200 m. afstand. Zwembad aldaar klein, maar ok, fitnessruimte zeer klein. |
