No dislikes,just a suggestion, to put a kettle plus coffee/tea in the room.

The staff were fantastic, rooms clean and confortable with lots of little touches which made the stay even more enjoyable. Can't praise enough!

A little noise if the windows were open but soon got used to it.

The de luxe room was comfortable and roomy. Some staff were helpful and efficient, particularly Javier who assisted us when we needed a note of a theft of sunglasses (which took place elsewhere in the city).

In the middle of our stay we returned to the room to find it smelled strongly of sewer gas. We were not happy with the choice of alternative rooms offered - the alternative de luxe rooms were in noisy locations, and the hotel wouldn't give us an upgrade despite the fact we were staying over a week and spending a good deal of money. We were charged a higher rate for the normal room we took as an alternative than the rate we would have been charged at the time of our booking. We were given breakfasts for the final 3 days, as recompense, but had to argue hard for any kind of recompense, and we are not breakfast eaters.

The location was perfect! Our room was ready upon arrival at approximately 10 am which was a wonderful surprise! The hotel was beautiful and the room was perfectly appointed with any convenience you could think of. Highly recommended for a pre or post cruise night in Malaga. The surrounding area is perfect for a walking tour of the city, and for excellent shopping and tapas spots.

The bed was hard, but this was not a major problem for us. It would have been nice if the hotel had coordinated our ground transportation from the pier and to the airport. We managed this ourselves using taxis but the gesture would be nice as the hotel in Rome did earlier on our trip. The only other suggestion would be to make it clear that breakfast is not included, and that it is 14 euro per person which is a bit high for a continental breakfast.

Excellent location, minutes away from sights, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, 20 minute stroll to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff, great atrium bar (house wine very good and reasonably priced), good variety breakfast buffet, fantastic firm mattress in the room, very comfy couch, huge bathroom.

Service in the bar was at times a little slow. The breakfast buffet is also a little pricey at nearly £15.

Fabulous staff. Great position. Close to Picasso Musuem and the center of Malaga. Excellent evening meal

Location, staff spoke good English. Clean with good facilities. Value for money.

Clean hotel and in the center of town

Everything It was brilliant

Stayed 7 nights with my teenage daughter. Had a superior room with view of cathedral. Good soundproofing so no noise from other rooms or the street. Room had everything we needed. Staff were very good, and always eager to assist us in any way. Ate out at night but for lunch had baguettes from bar (very good and filling and not too expensive) or ate in restuarant which was very good too. Location excellent as all the bars and restaurants and the main sights are just a stroll away.

Can't really think of anything, except that I found the bed too hard, but it depends on what you are used too.

Please write at least 15 words The helpfulness of the staff, the restaurant + the pool bar.

The pool could use more chairs and the pool bar should stay open every evening.

Location in the city centre

The pool on the roof-top is tiny, more a big bath-tub than anything else. Can hardly swim in it. Generally the hotel doesn't have much charme, rather steril. The room was smelly and the light switches and door were dirty. Very noisy in the corridor when the cleaning staff went through the rooms. Overall a bit overpriced.
