Olivia Plaza Hotel

Μου άρεσε πολύ το ντιζάιν του ξενοδοχείου και το γεγονός ότι βρίσκεται στο κεντρο της πόλης και είχαμε άμεση πρόσβαση σ'όλα τα μέσα μεταφοράς. Επίσης είχαμε όλα τα καταστήματα και τα καφέ αρκετά κοντά ώστε να πηγαίνουμε με τα πόδια.

Θεωρώ ότι το πρωινό του ξενοδοχείου θα'πρεπε να συμπεριλαμβάνεται στην τιμή του δωματίου ή έστω να είχε μια πιο προσιτή τιμή.

excellent location with easy access to all major attractions; easy reach from El Prat airport with the Aerobus service leaving you just in front of the hotel for only 4.25 euros and a 30-minute worth of trip; friendliness of the staff who were very helpful and had very good command of English

price of breakfast (20 euros) for a rather limited selection of foods; imposibility of opening the window of the room (you had to rely exclusively on the air-conditioning); if your room overlooks the Plaza de Catalunya it can get pretty noisy from all the street perfrormers, even if you stay as high as the 7th floor - otherwise the view to the plaza is preferable; the rooms might benefit from better soundproofing as one could hear almost everything that was going on in the hallway

Location is great. Very central yet quiet and beautiful interior

Breakfast was not included and we were happy about that. there are a lot of options very close to the hotel.

Breakfast was poor and chaotic. Always running out of drinking water and hot water in coffee machine. Tables never cleared quick enough and reset for other guests. Hot food was not warm enough, not enough choice of healthy cereals . Not enough cutlery, which they always ran out of, along with dishes, cups etc. Breakfast to expensive for the quality received.

Air conditioning in the room was poor. Should be more effective. Room was not cleaned/maded up daily.

everything in hotel was top class apart from the two single that were pushed together where we thought we were getting a standard doudle bed in our room

Location was terrific. Hotel is ultra modern so was a real treat. Watching the activity in the plaza and hearing the music, etc was fun. There was free internet access and the staff was very friendly. Central location, first class service, modern rooms with comfortable beds

its location, design, ambiance, accessibility to the port, airport, hotel, shopping, city tours, restaurants, church. The staff were courteous and friendly.

No English movies and tv programs

The hotel location was perfect for visting Barcelona - easy walk to La Rambla (just at top of the street) or walk the other direction for shopping. Room overlooked Plaza Catalunya - floor to ceiling windows - excellent view. Room was very modern and well appointed and the staff were friendly and attentive. We'd definitely stay again.
