Isla Mallorca & Spa

Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι ήταν πολύ καλοί (ειδικά η πισίνα), το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο, αρκετά καθαρό, μας έκαναν check-in 4 ώρες νωρίτερα από την προβλεπόμενη ώρα, χωρίς εξτρα χρέωση και το δωμάτιο μας στον 8ο όροφο είχε ωραία θέα προς το λιμάνι και το κάστρο! Α! Και σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της Palma!

Αν κατάλαβα καλά μείναμε στην παλαία πτέρυγα του ξενοδοχείου, η οποία χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση. Είμαι σίγουρη ότι στην καινούργια με τα superior rooms τα πράγματα θα ήταν καλύτερα! Ακόμα δεν μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε χρήση της εσωτερικής πισίνας, ήταν μερος του σπα και θα έπρεπε να πληρώσουμε.

The Buffet breakfast was as good as I've ever had. Unfortunately the in room tea making facilities, let the catering side down, but I was told by the staff that it will get better.

The hotel is modern in decor quiet with good breakfast facilities pool and outside space plus underground parking. whilst in the middle of town.We were very impressed.

It is a very good quality hotel with a modern but still warm feeling.

The relaxation offered by the spa.

Wireless internet access had some problems.

Hotel was excellent . I stayed in a superior room which I cannot complain about good size & facilities. Breakfast is superb & sets you up for the day. The hotel is only a 5-10 minute walk from the Marine side walk & 10 mins to the up & coming area of Santa Catalina with its many bars & restaraunts . The pool side area is great on a hot day but can get busy . Very close to Bellver Castle which is worth a visit too.

Only Minor, radio channels on the TV would have been good as an alternative media .

Spa facilities excellent, very good rooms. Excellent selection available at Breakfast. Staff always at hand to help in anyway.

Dinner poor and not served until 2030hrs. The walk back to the hotel from Palma front is a very steady uphill climb this is not mentioned anywhere.

Our room was excellent - very comtemporary in decopration but clean and spacious enough for our short stay. The bathroom facilities were extremely modern and unusual set in a central location in the room but it worked & I have to say it is the best shower booth I have ever used in any hotel. The outside areas of the hotel are well kept and very nice - the samll outdoor bar was excellent for a night cap.

Only 2 things we would have changed - we could not find a room safe in our room which surprised us in such a modern hotel. Breakfast - the food was very good but the service was diabolical - they simply did not have enough staff. They couldnt keep up with clearing & making up tables so we had to make up our own. The hot buffet was left deserted with no fried eggs, scrambled eggs or sausages at one point and when the chef finally returned he didnt seem a happy man! Bread and rolls was down to almost nothing at one point too and the coffee machine broke and when fixed they didnt have enough clean cups so we ended up with coffee in glasses with paper napkins around them to stop our hands burning - it let the hotel down.

the superior room was very comfortable,clean,the staff on reception very helpful,breakfast very good,near to the paseo maritimo,near to the city 30 min of walk

the pool bar was very poor,the dinner was very poor too for 15 eur per person, except the spa and the small pool(instead of hotel pictures) they havent any other facilities,i will recommend in families or mature couples

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - how quiet the room we had was obviously down to good insulation, excellent room kept very clean as was all the public areas in the hotel, buffet breakfast excellent.
