It was in the right location, close to friends and the beach. We have stayed at this hotel several times and have recommended it to friends and family who have also enjoyed their stay there. We were in non-smoking rooms yet the people below were smoking on their balcony which meant we could not enjoy ours at all. It would probably be a good idea to have the smoking rooms on the top floor rather than below the non-smoking rooms. |

The location is excellent and the staff, many of them long serving at the Hotel, are very helpful and professional. |

Very good location, magic arcitecture of building and park, good food Rooms with very poor furniture, bad mattress. The "Privileges system" very strange and very visible for other guests. It is not good. |

Der Blick abends aufs Meer. Sehr ungepflegtes Hotel. Fängt an bei dreckigen Fluren und hört im dreckigen Bad mit benutzter Seife der vorherigen Gäste auf. Also wer ein sauberes Hotel will, sollte sich nicht auf die 4 Sterne verlassen und ein anderes Hotel buchen. Ausserdem waren die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich. |

Las comida es muy buena y variada, es muy tranquilo, no está masificado, las habitaciones son bastante amplias Hay que pagar de inicio, la playa más cercana está a 10 minutos andando y es un poco pequeña |

c'est un hôtel bien situé . Le buffet est correct - le personnel est gentil La distance pour se rendre de la chambre à la réception ou au restaurant.Rien pour les Français pas même de chaîne TV -Les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles.C'est un 4 étoiles vieillissant : les meubles commencent à dater et sont abîmés- La clim est tombée en panne pendant le séjour et nous attendons une ristourne sur la note mais...le minibar est paya,t d'avance (minimum 10 boissons à commander à votre arrivée et non remboursables si non consommées- le coffre-fort dans la chambre est également payant en plus. Le frigo n'a jamais fait de froid: il a été remplacé par un autre qui en a fait un petit peu... |

La zona de la piscina... por decir algo. Para empezar en recepción no todos hablan castellano. Si sois una pareja joven, esperad otros 30 años para volver y poder disfrutar de las animaciones que hacen por la noche... En el balcón del bar (donde había que salir para poder fumar) había una plaga de cucarachas. |

Het eten was zeer uitgebreid, ruime keuze en met zorg bereid. Ook was het hotel voorzien van alle gemakken. Het hotel heeft op de kamers achterstallig onderhoud (beschadigd bad, deuren die klemmen en beschadigd zijn, etc). Hieraan zou enige aandacht dienen te worden gegeven. Daarnaast zijn er in het restaurant obers aanwezig die de wijnkeuze opnemen. Deze obers lijken wel autoverkopers en (be)dienen niet de klant, maar vooral zichzelf. |

Kompetenter Service der Mitarbeiter am Hotelempfang und insbesondere im Gastronomiebereich. Das Hotel hat einen hervorragenden Standort und besitzt ein vielfältiges Freizeitangebot (Sport und Unterhaltung). Die Gartenanlage wirkt sehr gepflegt, das Speisenangebot der Halbpension am Abend und für das Lunch (auch Poolbar) ist gut und umfangreich. |

Ogni richesta fatta alla reception è stata eseguita con tempestività e professionalità dai suggerimenti sulle zone da visitare agli interventi in camera per piccoli disguidi. Il cibo è prettamente orientato verso la clientela tedesco/anglosassone e spesso stracotto ma comunque il buffet era abbondante. |
