Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 4 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών χρεώνονται EUR 10,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα τοποθέτησης επιπλέον κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα βρεφικών κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.
Προκαταβολή
100% του ποσού που αντιστοιχεί στην πρώτη διανυκτέρευση θα χρεωθεί την ημέρα κράτησης και δεν επιστρέφεται.

The apartments were spacious, centrally located, and the staff were polite. We were offered extra blankets but when we asked for them they didn't materialize. A lot of the electricity sockets and lights didn't work. The oven was not as clean as you would like and the kitchen equipment had to be washed before we used it. And a little more hot water would have been nice. |

The closeness to the beach and it was the lowest priced hotel we could find in the area that you could stay for 3 nights. it was very old fashioned/low specification and although it was clean it did not feel clean. I would love this hotel if you carried out a small refurbishment. It was also very noisy at night with people coming home into the small hours. It would have been good to have some signs up to say 'Please be curtious to other hotel guests and keep the noise down after 12am'. |

Only good thing about the hotel was it was close to the beach. There were basic necessities missing in the hotel like no soap in the toilet.No glasses in the kitchen.in such a hot and humid weather there is AC in main room and no fan in other rooms.When we entered the room AC was not even working and we could not rest as it was very hot without AC. |

The check in procedure was dreadful. There was no system in place and we were told to go away and come back in an hour. When we did we were told it would be another hour but could be "one hour, two hours, five hours". Very poor customer service and not a great start to our stay. |

Location was brilliant. Easy acces to the beach and local shops. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Apartments were very spacious copmpared to others in the area. Bathroom and kitchen were not very clean |

The worst stay I have ever had. We got harassed during the night, there is no lights on the path to our room, the room and the bathroom were dirty. The kitchen appliances didn't work, the staff didn't wake us up. The money we paid was way too much. |

The staff were excellent - it was a family run hotel. They were very accommodating and did everything they could to ensure we were comfortable and happy. The apartments were a lot nicer than we expected and location was perfect. We were down the road for Bon Sol, at Shirdana. If you are to stay there - request to stay at Shirdana - luxury at a fraction of the price. I would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks Antonio! |

About 10 minutes walk to beach. Spar Supermarket close by. Close to bus service to Ibiza. 10 minutes by Taxi to Airport. The kitchen and cooking utensils are minimalist. |

Within a few minutes walk to beach and a gentle stroll to Ibiza town. A fair size balcony. It could hardly be described as "ready to receive guests"........the place was in darkness on arrival, note pinned to reception door to ring a tel. number for man to come and check us in, room door lock wasnt in good working condition - everytime we went out could'nt get back in, had to call the man each time. room was very cold had to ask for extra bedding, got one blanket each. |

Всё супер; не далико от пляжа и клуба спейс, и район с развитой инфраструктурой, Правда две недели не убирались, на улице бегают здоровые тараканы, но это вам не должно испортить настроение вы же на ибице! Убираться хотя бы через 3 дня! |
