Extraordinary swiming pool. You can get bus number 14 to arrive there from the city's centre. First number 10 from the airport. Reception is really chaotic, you have to wait more than one hour to get your room at the queu. Check in at 14 hours. Yo have to pay 10 euros (if you want), 5 euros for remote control for tv and another 5 for ac, they pay you back at check out, but for air con, its necessary, a lot of rooms are internal. In the swimming pool you can find people that dont are guested in the hotel. |

the facilities are good and worth for spending money , would like to comment on food which was upto the mark and satisfactory Staffs were very limited and were not in position to guide peoples and give proper information , cant blame them but will blame management to increase staff since its huge hotel with lots of peoples. |

Is convenience thats a shower room near the gym. I left my luggage in a room after check out. Went to the beach. Came back for a shower before getting on the plane. Too many teenager. Too noisy. Wall is too thin. Can hear everything.I stayed for 5 nights. My room is next to the laundry. so noisy all night! The cleaner opened my room every morning while I am still inside and without knocking on the door is quite rude. A few times I was in the middle changing clothes. Should have a sign to put on the door(Do not disturb). |

The value off-season was great. It is a large hotel, has a great pool, and is close to Ibiza town. It was a bit noisy from other guests and hotel staff in early morning. |

i don't like the staff. they take me 20 euro deposit for the tv and air conditions and they give me back only 10 and the air condition do not work. is not fair but... |

The location is good as its within 5 mins walking to a lovely beach. The luggage room and the showing rooms at the grand floor are nice and big, The breakfast, albeit is free buffet, the bread and the cereal tasted really bad...sausage and ham are the worst I have had in my life. |

Nice view from balcony, nice staff on recepcion, possibility to play tennis and netball games Check in was to late,we had to wait 3 hours.. Once they forgot to clean our room, |

Nothing special, maybe the location was quite ok and there was a reasonable price market in the hotel. No sound protection, you could hear everything (even normal voice speak etc.) from the corridor and rooms (even far away). The bed was so hard that it was difficult to sleep and I had back problems for it. There where only couple of douple size beds available... Not for us even in two weeks... ;( a lot of noisy customers in the hotel. There where no information package in the rooms. |

osceno! reception poco disponibile ma va detto che in due dovevano gestire un'interminabile numero di clienti. Albergo sporco e disordinato. Coperte infeltrite e rotte. Acqua calda solo e poi addirittura e' mancata. Spero fosse veramente solo un'avaria. Colazione povera e indecente. Spero basti. |

O que mais gostámos foi da simpatia do pessoal do hotel e também da sua localização. Pequeno-Almoço com pouca variedade, especialmente de fruta (sempre peros e laranjas). Muito barulho nos quartos durante o dia e noite, limpeza pouco eficaz e falta de mudança de toalhas. |

la vivacita dei clienti mi sono state rifiutate le prime due notti, xche era pieno emi e' stato offerto un altro hotel!?! Dopo le mie insistenze, mi hanno permesso di rimanere x le ulteriori 3 ma alla fine me ne hanno fatto pagare 4 in quanto una notte sono andato x locali. Per finire ho capito benissimo ke l'albergo aveva camere libere ma con delle scuse me le hanno negate x lasciarle ai weekendisti da italia e spagna a prezzo maggiore del mio. le loro ragioni sono state ke la mia era una pre-prenotazione cui loro potevano disattendere. spero di non avere pagato 2 volte (prima a voi e poi di nuovo in hotel) |
