Excellent pools, fantastic relaxing landscaping, family friendly, creche, 5 mins from beach. Lovely rooms, needed a map to find our way around our room! £100 a night is a bit much. |

Very nice for children, big pool area with a lot of shallow water, playground and children entertainment staff. Lot of different food to choose from at the buffet, both morning and dinner. Overall a very relaxing and pleasant stay. |

The attractive price setting did us decide to go to the Prinsotel Very outdated hotel. Rooms, although renovated were badly maintained, upon arrival dirty bathroom and after request to reception no action taken, hardly no cleaning during stay, no replacement of sheets, dramatic kitchen with rusty fridge.Food in pool bar often cold. Apartment situated at the front site hotel, very noisy day and night due to the fact that buses with new guest were coming and... |

Staff was very nice and friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable, specially entertainment people. Clean and nice room, good buffet. |

Top facilities including gym and indoor pool, lovely relaxing ambience in hotel and grounds, accomodation excellent.Mixed nationalities in hotel was a nice experience for our young children who were very well entertained by staff.. Kitchen needs updating in line with the rest of appartment which was excellent. |

Comfortable rooms, indoor pool very useful, lovely reception, great kids' play area, impeccable grounds, close to the beach, set back from the main road, plenty of parking. |

Really ejoyed the holiday, facilities were great. Breakfast was a great option. Mini club for kids was very well organised and varied so no boredom set in!! |

Very comfortable room with excellent facilities. Close to the beach and a number of nearby bars and resaurants. Also conveniently positioned on the bus route for nearby resorts of Alcudia, Puerta Pollensa and Can Picafort. |

Just returned from a week (26th Oct to 1 Nov) B& B . The hotel is excellent. Near a wonderful beach. Many long walks on the beach in the evening. Weather was good for time of year but on the cooler days we made much use of the indoor pool,sauna,gym etc. Lovely grounds, friendly and polite staff. To be honest we could not find any negative issues with the hotel. |

the set up - immaculate grounds - all staff friendly especially 2 gentleman on reception at different times - all very helpful - great location yes we unforunately stayed in a room beside the stairs - never again and unfortunately the room above us the occupants were very noisy and liked to move furniture around |

Swimming pool, Room, Location Dinner Buffet offered vaste choice but not great flavours. To have to pay for the lockers to use for the room's safe. |

Good location, excellent apartments, lovely pool and spacious gardens. Never had any problem getting a sun bed even though we stayed in peak season. |

The room that was "simple" and stylish in decor and not overloaded in the way some spanish hotels tend to be. The staff was very helpful and we liked the lange range of facilities. Right from the fitness room over the internet access to the tennis court which we used almost daily, No......but mayby you should convert one of the swiimng pools into one with a deeper end. The more grown up children is missing a pool where you are allowed to dive in head first. |

The rooms were large and well furnished, the pool was huge and imacculate. The entertainment team were fantastic and really made it fun for adults and kid alike. Well Done! The air conditioning broke and leaked into our room, this was overnight and we didn't sleep much due to the dripping. The man fixed it for a few hours but then it happened again later that day and had to be fixed again. |

Det stora poolområdet var helt perfekt, liksom stora fina ljusa lägenheter. Frukostarna var helt fantastiska. Personalen hjälpsam ocg trevliga i hela hotellet. Kunde lika gärna vara fritt internet på hotellet |

Mukavaa lomaa lasten kanssa...paljon toimintaa lapsille ja mahtavat allas alueet.Ranta oli lähellä ja joka paikassa oli siistiä. Hyvällä mielellä sai olla lasten kanssa kun hotellialue oli suljettu. |
