Friendly staff and great views and location on the sea. This hotel does not have internet in every room as claimed - I have stayed there twice for more than a week each time, moved rooms to try and find internet access, and had to move back when each room turned out to be as bad in this respect - and had no access to the internet from my room and very limited access anywhere else - they always give the same excuses but never ever gets fixed. The Hotel also has very limited restaurant and food service capabilities, but as is within a very pleasant walking distance to the Puerto Calero marina where you can find several restaurants. |

The room was clean and large(twin queen size beds)everything provided in bathroom.Reception staff helpful and polite. The television programmes all in German,only Skynews in English,balcony small and view totally obscured by large palm trees.Minibar overpriced 3€ for very small bottle of water,had paid for room upgrade but did not even get a kettle,room service overpriced if you required a tea/coffee. |

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and weel maintained. Breakfasts were very good. Unheated pools were cold in March |

Breakfast was vey nice, and we enjoyed the spa area. We did not feel the hotel was good value.The room rate should have covered the use of the spa, given that it was off season and too cold to use the outdoor pool. Also we were charged a hefty fee for late checkout even though it was off season and the hotel was quiet. |

l'emplacement, l'espace, les chambres, la vue, les piscines, les jardins, le spa, l'accueil sympathique, la propreté, les buffets généreux et surtout Lanzarote! le piano bar se trouve dans le hall immense de l'hôtel, ca manque vraiment d'intimité; la petite plage est très caillouteuse et le ponton flottant d'accès à la mer a été démonté dès notre deuxième jour |

La fiesta que hubo como despedida del verano. Los camareros muy amables. Si, porque en la revista de Binter del mes de Septiembre pone que la hora de salida es las15:00 horas ( con disponibilidad), preguntamos a la señorita de recepcion si podíamos salir un poco mas tarde porque el vuelo salía a las 16:30 y nos comunicó que tenemos que pagar un suplemento de 20 euros, ni siquiera nos comento que no habia disponibilidad. No promocionen en las revistas cosas que no se cumplen y nosotros que vamos todos los meses a Lanzarote por motivo de trabajo una vez al mes.También por lo que se ve no se puede uno dar un baño en la piscina o en el mar porque las toallas están diponibles a las 10:30 de la mañana significando con esto que uno no se puede bañar antes de esa hora porque no tienes toalla preparadas. |

Personnel agréable et compétent. Proximité de la mer avec un ponton pratique pour le snorcling. Petit déjeuner très varié et gastronomique. Ne pas hésiter à prendre une chambre avec vu sur la mer, sinon je pense que l'hôtel perd vraiment tout son charme. Télé vieillotte mais on est pas là pour ça. Le port à proximité (10 min. à pied) est petit. L'accès au spa est un peu cher par rapport aux tarifs de l'île. |

Lo que más me ha gustado es la tranquilidad y el sosiego que proporciona el hotel, la verdad que para una escapada y desconectar de la rutina está muy bien. Además ha habido detalles muy buenos por parte del hotel, como dejarnos una habitación sin coste para cambiarnos después de las 12 de la mañana, y que aunque la rapidez de actuación con un problema que tuvimos con la reserva. El desayuno es de primera. Algunos detalles como la falta de personal en algunas partes del complejo. |

Ubicación muy tranquila,la zona chill-out es muy bonita y las habitaciones muy cómodas. El caos del desayuno,deben mejorar en este aspecto pues observé varios clientes molestos y no es bueno empezar la mañana enfadado. |

Decoración: auténtico hotel 5*. gran lobby. Zonas comunes muy amplias. Desayuno exquisito en salones recogidos y familiares. Piscinas preciosas. Y vistas inigualables Todo estupendo. Es mentira que haya cucarachas. No hemos visto ninguna. El hotel está limpísimo. Es una pena que se hagan comentarios de estos pues estropea la imagen de un hotelazo de categoría. |

Las instalaciones y el restaurante del medio dia como el comportamiento de los camareros Que llegues y te digan que hay una fiesta por la noche por San Juan y que la solicites y te comenten que ya no tiene plazas , pero si para gente no hospedada en el hotel si hay plazas. |

La tranquilidad que se respiraba allí. La verdad es que tampoco había mucha gente por lo que se estabas muy bien en la piscina y tampoco había mucho alboroto de gente en el desayuno. Hay que caminar mucho para llegar a la habitación que nos asignaron y de ésta a cualquier otro sitio. Para ir al SPA tuvimos que ir con los albornoces puestos desde la habitación porque no nos daban opción a un vestuario. Me parece de poco estilo y absurdo que en un hotel de 5* tengas que pasearte en albornoz. El SPA no es de lo mejor del mundo, los chorros son bastante fuertes y molestan. |

La tranquilidad, la situación del hotel, decoración, confort, amabilidad de los empleados, spa, las vistas desde la habitación.Pensamos repetir. Cuando limpien el suelo del pasillo de entrada desde la piscina al ascensor para subir a las habitaciones, muy importante dejar la placa de suelo mojado,ya que yo me caí al resbalar en el suelo mojado y tengo una muñeca con los ligamentos dañados. |

Zeer stijlvol hotel met prachtige inkomhal en mooie gemeenschappelijke delen. Het buffet 's avonds voldoet maar is niet van super kwaliteit, het ontbijt daarentegen wel! U betaald een zeer redelijke prijs voor 5 sterren comfort. Als u een charmehotel zoekt bent u echter aan het verkeerde adres, dit is gn hotel voor een romantische vakantie. In vergelijking met de lobby die zeer imposant is vallen de kamers wat tegen. Eerder klein en wat betreft inrichting standaard. Ook de gangen zijn zeer kaal en als je de tegenvaller hebt om in een verre kamer te zitten lijken ze eindeloos. |
