the room was very clean and comfortable, reception staff were fine , to be honest we didnt spend much time in the hotel... only slept there. was not happy with the TV channels they dont really cater for english speaking people. Definatley was not happy with the half board option, breakfast was ok but dinner was very bad wouldnt recommend this option to anyone. also the pool area is a disgrace there isnt enough sun chairs and if you do seem to get one, you will be practically sitting on the person next to you.. very bad. |

Incredibley large room, excellent kitchen (we stayed half board and got an incredible selection of foods every day), they had programs every evening,. Excellent sea view, beach right across the hotel. |

Gezellig,rustig,mooi weer,uitzicht,grote kamers,grote badkamer,vriendelijk personeel,mooie tuin.mooi eiland,bezienswaardigheden op korte afstand. Hard bed,geen aparte douche maar douchen in de badkuip.(gevaarlijk en altijd een natte badkamer) |

La situación es excelente, en paseo maritimo con carril bici y posibilidad de desplazamiento. Algunas habitaciones tiene peor vista, sobre todo las del piso inferior, recomiendo el tercer piso. |

La proximitat a la platja I la possibilitat de passejades tant amb bicicleta com a peu, per el passeig que es força llarc. La distribució de l'habitació és poc practica. El bufet lliure és de força baixa qualitat I poca varietat per ser un 4 estrelles I el fet de tenir estovalles I tovallons de paper no està d'acord a la categoria de l'hotel |

El buffet del desayuno y las personas que lo atendían. La cercanía a la playa. Su ubicación, en medio de la isla y cerca del aeropuerto. Para ser un 4 estrellas, todos los servicios son de pago y con precios desorbitados. Gimnasio, internet, etc. La piscina climatizada no la encontré. Mejor dicho, si la encontré pero no era climatizada y además estaba en el exterior. Todo está pensado para los extranjeros, sobre todo el horario de las comidas. |

La limpieza, habitación espaciosa, personal agradable. Creí que el pago se realizaba a través de booking, al haberme solicitado el número de tarjeta en la reserva. Pero cuando llegué al hotel me dijeron en recepción que tenía que abonar la estancia allí mismo. Espero que no me la carguen a través de la tarjeta. |

la cercanía a la playa y a los pueblos de Pto. del Carmen y Playa honda por medio del paseo no funcionó el aire acondicionado y el café es malísimo, incluso el del bar que por cierto no fue barato y no fui capaz de tomar. |

El apartamento era casi exactamente tal y como aparecía en la foto de la web, confortable, práctico y acogedor. Había hormigas en mi habitación, un día incluso habia una hormiga en mi cama. Creo que un hotel de 4* no debiera permitir jamás que esto suceda. Además, hubo algún camarero un poco rudo en sus modales si bien la mayoria del personal fue muy agradable y nos trataron en general correctamente. Por último, nos sorprendió que la media pensión no incluia las bebidas de la cena. |
