Ακύρωση
Για ακυρώσεις τουλάχιστον 6 ημέρες πριν την άφιξη, δε θα χρεωθείτε με ακυρωτικά.
Για ακυρώσεις αργότερα, θα χρεωθείτε με 50% από ολόκληρη τη διαμονή .
Σε περίπτωση "μη εμφάνισης", θα χρεωθείτε με το συνολικό ποσό της κράτησης.
Παιδιά κι επιπλέον κρεβάτια
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών χρεώνονται EUR 5,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Μέχρι 2 επιπλέον παιδιά από 2 μέχρι 12 ετών χρεώνονται 50 % της διαμονής ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται 70 % της διαμονής ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.
Προκαταβολή
Το 50 % του συνολικού ποσού θα χρεωθεί τουλάχιστον 1 ημέρα πριν την άφιξη και δεν επιστρέφεται.

Port Aventura - 2.9 km:
A themed adventure park with rollercoasters and attractions that rival many theme parks in Europe. It is separated into different areas each with its own unique rides: the Far East, China, Mediterranean, Polynesia and Mexico.
Extra beds cannot be added to the Quadruple room.
The use of the spa area is not included in the room rate. The wearing of bathing cap and flip-flops is mandatory in the spa area.

We paid for the spa/ half board package and enjoyed the facilities.The hotel was very clean. Food was good, as you would expect for the reasonable price you pay, you could always find something nice to eat Bar prices, We used the bar across the road. The entertainment was only really suitable for Spanish people. |

they wanted to help with the odd no of guests in our party.. extra bed in room.. returned all my emails promtly...on arrival @ reception every thing sorted within minutes booked in..clean rooms all my party very happy with my selection of hotel breakfast not open early enough.... |

Location was really good, close to the train station, relatively close to the airport, 10 min walk to the main centre and beach. Pool was freezing, never felt anything like it before. Rooms are dated and there are stains and damage on carpets, bed frames etc... There is no insulation or Noise Proofing, could hear people next door snoring among other things. |

Having used it before I once again found it to be one of the Best kept and best value for money hotels in Salou. It is located in the older part of Salou and therefore you weren't surrounded by nightspots, bars etc but it was still within easy reach of shops restaurants and the beach was within 500 yards. |

The food in the restaurant was good. During breakfast you have the choice of omelletes, fried eggs and pancakes from the show cooking so all freshly cooked. Show cooking at dinner. Room ready even though we arrived early and staff very friendly. Drinks very expensive in restaurant and at the bar. Could go across the road to the bar and get drinks alot cheaper. If you want to stay at the hotel for drinks would be best to go all inclusive. |

went half board best thing about hotel is evening meal. If your looking for a hotel to relax and do nothing this one would be perfect.. hotel is at least a half hour walk to the main part of salou tourist industry. Bar is too expensive and internet the same. Staff spoke very little english |

Good cleaning and service on the rooms,always clean towels and toilet paper available..nice bar and good fitness room To rooms was to small for 4 persons and the price was to high related to how small and uncomfortable the rooms was. No fridge..first time ever i have experienced hotel room without a fridge.i finally get a fridge but have to pay extra for it.To little electical connection outlet. Elevators to small and to slow..terrible. |

Free parking behind the hotel. Friendly staff in reception. cleaning is all most non. No wifi, only some pc-s in first floor for very high price. In 21-st century must have free wifi over the hotel. Escalators is not enough for this big hotel. |

The halfboard package was good value for money. The spa was nice for cloudy days. Walking distance to the railway station. The loud entertainment did often not stop until midnight and echoed up to our room on the 2nd floor. The room didn't have much furniture except two large beds and a small table occupied by a TV. One of the receptionists did not speak much English. |

Nice family hotell for all in the family.Great entertainment every day for the kids. We would recommend the hotell to serve breakfast a bit adapted to the northern european standard with COLD milk. People from our part of europe are not used to the tepid / warm milk. |

There was no fridge or tea services in the room which i would expect for Hotel Accommodation. The staff in the dining are were very unapproachable and unhelpful. We were turned away on various occassions and not given any help in finding out how to get a card which would have enabled us to eat in the restaurant. I would not recommend your hotel. |

We Loved the decoration in the hotel and the quiet area and surrounding.The staff was polite and spoke very well english. We were really content with the gym and spa. just great. A very important note to clients who book this hotel is that the hotel should mention on their page that they deduct 50% of the booking fee or amount 1 day ahead before arrival eventhough there has been no cancellation at all from our side. |

The staff were very friendly, and spoke quite good English. There was a disco built into the hotel on the ground floor, and you could not hear the music once you were out of there. I didnt think that the room was as clean as it could have been. There was dust on the floor, and it needed mopping. |

We were very happy with the size of rooms, travelling with 3 kids under 7 so we needed space for all that goes with them. The lunch and Evening meal was very good in hotel with plenty of variety each day. We were travelling with friends who also had two kids under 7, they booked a quadruple room which was practially the same size as ours except they did not have camp bed and their holiday cost half the price of our????? |

Very good value for money.Situated in a good area of Salou - 10 minutes stroll to the beach/promenade and not too close to the nightclubs. Reception staff spoke excellent English, we arrived at 11.00 am and the room was ready for us. We were half board and were able to swap evening meal for lunch. The food was basic buffet style with not much variety from day to day, however there was always plenty to eat and was very good value considering the amount we had paid. |

I liked the location of the hotel as it was close to the train station and fairly close to the beach. There were a lot of young familiesstaying at the same time and there was nowhere for other people away from them. Even the bar was not free of very small children. |

Very good location and excellent value for money. Hotel staff responded very well to complaint about late night noise and quietened down the room of youths next door. Dining basic, room lacking any ambience - though for what we paid I can't complain. |

Niente Mi hanno chiesto il pagamento per intero la sera del mio arrivo ed il giorno dopo mi hanno dato la ricevuta di un pagamento sulla mia carta per meta' dell'importo del soggiorno ho fatto notare che la camera era stata pagata la sera prima e mi hanno detto che era stato un loro errore e che tale operazione era da considerarsi nulla. Rientrato in italia ho controllato il conto e mi sono reso conto che I soldi erano stati presi quindi ho pagato la camera per intero piu' una meta'!!!!!! Ho fatto la segnalazione a booking inviando anche la ricevuta del pagamento fatto con la carta ma loro hanno continuato a sostenere il fatto che I conteggi erano giusti. Quindi attenzione cntrollate prima di pagare se hanno fatto operazioni sul vs conto!!!!!!!! |
