Within walking distance to portaventure, good kids club. Rooms were very clean, nice pool area. Staff at reception were always very helpfull. First of all by most european standards in no way is this a 4 star hotel, Did not like the fact that we could not check in til 230(arrived at hotel at 1030am) Air conditioning in room did not work, room was always very warm, breakfast service was poor there was no organisation to it just seemed to bea free for all for everyone, Bar opening hours were advertised from 1pm-1am but the 2 times i entered it to watch the football it was empty and ended up watchin it on a tv in spanish in the lounge area. ( saying all that i would recommend this hotel for family's with younger kids giving its location to theme park) |

We've stayed at the hotel before. Everything about it was as we expected. The hotel was clean, the rooms had everything you'd expect from a 4 star Sol hotel and the staff friendly and helpful. |

The activities for the children were great for the kids! The bufftet was pretty good...but, after a few days, it got pretty monotonous...seeing fish everyday. Adding an entree feature for each night would be a nice touch....an entree that would change each night. |

Nice rooms overlooking the pool area, Spacious rooms, plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Good selection at the buffet breakfast. |

Excellent location for visiting Port Aventura. Hotel large, bright and spacious with good facilities and spacious, well decorated and clean rooms. Good choice of tasty food in dining room. Staff friendly, cheerful and helpful. Stayed with 2 young grandsons who had a great time. On the outskirts of salou so quite a walk to beach and nightlife but very close to Port Aventura. |

Preis-Leistung Verhältnis war ok. Am besten hat mir die Pub-Bar gefallen. Der Wellnessbereich ist unprofessionell. Man muss eine Badehaube in allen Becken tragen (kostet € 3,--). Die Garderoben waren sehr ungepflegt und schmutzig. Die Öffnungszeiten sind nicht kundenfreundlich. Das Frühstückbuffet war ziemlich chaotisch. Die Lage zum Freizeitpark Port Aventura ist super. |

El buffete de desayuno es excelente. El de la cena no estaba mal, pero habia demasiadas carnes con salsas y una pinta un tanto extrañas.Está a 10 minutos andando a port aventura, pero se hace largo el camino. Tuve que pagar antes de alojarme. En las paredes habian manchas y las camas eran incomodas |

La proximité du centre-ville, la propreté des lieux, la chambre nettoyée quotidiennement La nourriture est médiocre. Il y a certes beaucoup de choix mais la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. |

La proximidad al port aventura. La amabilidad del personal. La comida era muy aceptable y abundante. Las instalaciones fuera de la habitación muy cuidadas. La habitación estaba un poco deteriorada, (enchufes que no funcionaban, secador tampoco). Creo que la gente no cuida las instalaciones como se debiera.Fuera de la habitación, todo perfecto. |

el desayuno buffet que teniamos incluido en el precio la decoracion sigue igual que hace 4 o 5 años que estuvo por primera vez mi pareja.muy desfasado todo.camas nada comodas,ni colchon ni almohadas.televisiones de tuvo.minibar desconectado.y sin apenas complementos de baño.para ser un cuatro estrellas le faltan muchos detalles |

la propreté des chambres, le personnel ,le buffet qui a un bon rapport qualité prix l'isolation phonique est totalement a revoir ,le vitrage simple est totalement inefficace et les cloisons sont bien trop fine pour stopper les bruits du couloir |
