it was fantastic because we were directly in the city of Santiago, the onlyest thing was that the hotel don't offer breakfast ;-( niente....everything was perfect |

Very centrally located in heart of old city,the number one plus is the location.The hotel is beautifully restored and the staff were great. No receptionist in hotel so client has to ring upon arrival and wait for a few minutes, this can be delaying especially if the client has just walked rhe Camino. |

The closeness to the Cathedral and other sights plus the range of restaurants around the hotel. It could be difficult getting your room at times if you are out with the hours when the hotel has staff present. However, the staff are very helpful and give some time will be there to get you registered. |

Ubicación perfecta en pleno casco histórico a unos metros de la catedral, habitacion amplia y bien equipada, camas cómodas, muy confortable, con una bonita decoración antigua. |

Está muy bien ubicado y la habitación en la que nos alojamos, muy bonita (aunque estaba en un tercero sin ascensor). Las vistas desde la terraza increíbles. |

Un hotel muy bien situado, muy cómodo y con unas habitaciones muy bonitas. Hemos estado un fin de semana y si algún día vuelvo a santiago iré de nuevo a este hotel. |

Su ubicación es inmejorable, la habitación es grande y con un encanto especial. Algo a destacar es la limpieza: tanto la habitación como el baño estaban impecables. El personal muy agradable y atento. Totalmente recomendable. En realidad no tengo queja ninguna. El hotel intenta conservar el estilo y la estructura originales (vigas de madera en las habitaciones, edificio de piedra, suelo de madera). Esto es lo que le da el encanto. Por ello, hay que entender que no tenga ascensor y que los suelos suenen al pisar. Nada que no sea soportable. Además, las ventanas al cerrarse aislan del ruido exterior. |

Mirar por la ventana y ver como llueve en el centro de Santiago y estar en esa habitación tan acogedora y agradable El ruido de las maderas al caminar los vecinos de arriba, aunque tambien tiene cierto encanto |

absolutamente en el centro de la ciudad, decoración muy cuidada con muebles de madera muy rústicos, extraordinaria amabilidad del personal falta de ascensor, sobretodo si te dan la habitación del tercer piso |

Muy buena atención por parte de todo el personal del hotel. Muy céntrico y bien comunicado. Cerca de la zona comercial y de marcha. Muy bien situado y perfecto para pasar unos dias de vacaciones por Santiago, es como tener tu propia casa. Acogedor!!! Posibilidad de alquilar la casa entera y te ofrecen la cocina. Ideal para familias o grupos. Me encantó el hotel!! Volveria a repetir!! no tiene ascensor. Pero merece la pena la habitación del tercer piso, tiene terraza!!! Son pocas escaleras, merece la pena. |
